Every idiot can you tube how to clean off the battery attachments and take off the corrosion of the old battery, and he had all the tools to do it but only tried one and fumbled like he had never done it before. Do I blame him, no, I blame the staff that did not come out and help him when they were clearly not busy and not train him well enough to carry out a service they offer. I almost kept it and we would just put in ourselves, buy we decided to return it because the whole idea was based on what they offered on the sign, to change it out for us for free. They were cordial about returning it and offered places open still that could help, but that was after we had shown frustration.
