They've been really helpful in doing a status check and determining that our battery had indeed gone bad for some reason. was just in to get a new battery for a Jeep Cherokee 2022 with that nasty AGM feature first let me just tell you if you have that feature expect to spend more money on a battery now with that said I had the most incredible service at the AutoZone on 2917 Nolensville Pike in Nashville, the young gentleman that was helping me Lewis Mayorga was a little beside himself when I barked at the $250 price for a battery he went and got another gentleman by the name of Andrew Smith to come over and explain to me why I needed this battery and the reason being that nasty AGM feature that will drain your battery and burn up your starter the toll it takes on a starter. I was well aware of, but did not think of the toll it takes on a battery with that said both were incredibly helpful and will most definitely receive my business again on the way out another gentleman by the name of Ken flagged me down to make sure I had gloves to put on my hands to change out the battery A+ five star service at this particular AutoZone thanks again Andrew, Lewis, and Ken read more

Hector is a gem! I came to this location instead of the one closer to home because they had a battery in stock that I couldn't find elsewhere, and I'm glad I did. The staff were super helpful, and Hector replaced my battery in the cold and dark. And when he was done, he ran my receipt back inside to refund an $18 "core charge" to my card while I waited in my car. Great store and great crew. read more

I had a wonderful experience and just had to put in good word. Josh at the 2917 nolensville location installed my battery for me, which sounds like "just doing his job", only it wasn't. My truck battery had corroded so much that it was practically one with the connector. Josh spent upwards of 30-40 minutes trying everything under the sun to get that bad boy off there. Oh, by the way, it was about 20 degrees out during the process. I felt terrible about it, but Josh insisted it was no big deal and really made me feel that it wasn't. This is the best staff ever! I was having car issues and needed a new alternator and the staff here were great. The store manager gave me the number for a mobile mechanic and he was able to put in the new alternator for me that night. His employees were very accommodating and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. This is probably the worst Autozone I've ever visited. They never have the parts you need or they will have a partial part. The assistant store manager Jason is an ass and has absolutely no customer service skills. If you're looking for a wiper blade or seat cover, this is your place. What is it about old cars? I have half-a-million miles on my two cars. They always need something: oil, transmission fluid, glowing radiator liquid, and light bulbs. I've learned to be a decent care giver for the old couple and Autozone's staff do a great job keeping me in the "know" about what I need to purchase. Everytime. When my cars post "check engine" the peeps at Autozone plug in their "reader" and it emits the problem code...which then gives me a printed to-do list and a shopping list. I had a burned out headlight, and went in to get a replacement one; the staff person on hand (Houston) was quick and found it for me himself. When I asked if they were easy enough to replace (I was planning on looking it up online!) he went out with me to the car and replaced it for me himself. I recently visited this Auto Zone with a dead battery and car. I was ready to spend whatever it took to get it right and made that clear. The employee Wes was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. In no way did he take advantage of my situation or ignorance. My car was running after a $12 part purchase which he installed in the cold and rain after spending more time in the elements to diagnose the situation. He did not have to do this as it is above and beyond what I would expect at a Retail store. In addition, while I was safe and waiting in the warmth (they made sure of this) the rest of the employees checked on me multiple times offering insight into my situation and assistance. I'm incredibly impressed. As a female who often gets taken advantage of for a "sale." It's refreshing to visit a business that values honesty and transparency above a short term sale.
