I've been taking my Tesla here for years. I like having the lifetime alignment. This is one of the few Firestones that does do alignments for Teslas. They have always been great especially when they get busy. I always call for an appointment and they're really good about getting me in and done in the estimated time. They do a great job! read more

This place just continues to get worse! Don't bother making an appointment because they simply do not honor it. Today makes the 4th time I have had an appointment but have been forced to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for someone to look at the vehicle. Today I was told it would be an hour and a half. I left and returned after nearly 2 hours, and they were just pulling the car in. Unacceptable! Another time I had an appointment and was told they couldn't honor it because they had people on vacation. Again, unacceptable! This is an ongoing issue at this location. Last time I was in for an oil change and tire rotation (about 3 months ago), and the guy told me I needed to replace 2 of my tires. These are 50,000 mile tires and they were just installed approximately 22,000 miles ago. When I questioned this it was not received well. I'm no idiot when it comes to my car, but the guy there certainly treated me as such. I will give kudos to Jonathan. He is always very friendly and helpful. Had an issue come up with my brakes recently, and needed to get it fixed ASAP. They were great in getting me squeezed in same day! Very kind, good enough service, but not knowing pricing on things and not being aware of what is vs not needed.... I learned later after chatting with my dad I was VERY overcharged. Again, kind and quick service. No qualms there. But I wish I went in with more info as I definitely paid for more than I received. In a pinch would I go again? Yes. They are good people. Came in limping on a bad spare. There was a 3 hour wait. I had my daughter with me, who had just been to the ER. They took care of me in a timely manner, under the circumstances, so I could get my daughter home to rest. Their empathy and incredible service is why I love this place!!! I needed to change out my license plate, but the screws were completely stripped and there was nothing I could do to get them off. I had been to four other places that day, none of which even TRIED to get them off. One mechanic even told me he had no idea what to do, and each and every one of them told me what I already knew: the screws were stripped. Firestone was the last place I was going to try before giving up for the day. I walked in, told them my situation, and they immediately walked out to take a look. Corey was able to get them off and change my license plate within 5 minutes! Best customer service ever and so friendly. Being a young girl, they could have easily charged me whatever, but they didn't charge me anything. Taking my car here from now on, and my family is doing the same. went in for an oil change, one of the guys who worked there told me my blades were streaking and said he could clean them, never explicitly used the word "replace" and never gave me a price either, I find out then that the total cost is $150. with about half of it being the cost for new wiper blades. thanks Firestone, I've never had a good experience with auto repair shops and I'll make sure not to come back here again. I wonder how much they scammed out of my mom who's already paid them thousands for car repairs. read more

Johnathan is great. These people are very honest and will not charge you for unnecessary parts or work. I went in to have a wheel bearing replaced because we thought it was broken/worn out. Turns out it just needed tightening and was good as new. I was expecting a $450 bill for parts but they did not charge me at all because it didn't need the part. They go out of their way for customers. I will always go here for tires/rotation/repairs. read more

This is a PSA for all locals in the Franklin/Brentwood area. The folks at the Firestone tire store at 7129 Bakers Bridge Ave across from Costco may be the most astounding con artists I've ever seen in this industry. Wife went in with $30 oil change coupon...which was a blatant bait and switch piece of nonsense. AFTER they changed the oil they told her that coupon wouldn't work with the vehicle we brought in. $100+ for the oil change. False claims of broken things in addition. One of my favorites on the needed list: $520 to change spark plugs. $520!?!?! Plugs cost $80 total. $440 in labor for a job that might take an hour if you're taking breaks. I can't even comprehend. They made every effort to dupe her. I get the upsell. That's standard practice at all these places. This wasn't standard. Their intent was to rip her off. Beware these people are straight thieves. I've never seen anything like it. read more

The good news is that the staff is really friendly, and they don't drag their feet getting your car done. BUT, and this is a big BUT... the quality of work is terrible! While I was getting my oil changed and sitting in the waiting room, a woman who just drove away from having standard maintenance, had to come back because of her check engine light going on. Ends up the technician forgot to hook up something and needed to redo the job. When my car was done, I drove home for a few minutes and then left again to run an errand. All of a sudden my car starts making a terrible noise and I have to pull over. The technician had forgot to put bolts into the undercarriage splash pan, which was now dragging the pavement! Long story short, I had to have the car towed back to Firestone so they could fix the issue. Never going back! read more

Literally the last 3 times times we've taken my car there, I get it back with something wrong....alignment not actually aligned, tires over or under inflated (and none are equal), caps for tire valves missing, etc. So why did we continue to give them chances for redemption? Yesterday I went to Firestone for the first time, and had THE BEST costumer service I have EVER experienced at a auto care shop. I first called to see if they could accept walk ins, and the guy that picked up, Mark, was so kind and cheerful, and said they could get me in right away. So I popped on over to Firestone, where Mark and Wayne walked me through what I needed. Mark explained that I didn't have to get both tires done, but it may pull if I don't, so I decided to go for both rear tires. I never felt pressured to buy both, but felt informed enough to make my own decision. They also have a kind of local "taxi" service, if you need to be dropped off somewhere in the area which is aweSome. Two tires later, with a great discount they have starting this week, I was on my way. I could not have been happier with my Firestone service. Thank you guys so much! read more

I was in town for the Good Guys car show. On Friday my 1958 Chevy began making a loud banging noise when accelerating. I called and Mike at the shop said if I'd bring it in the next morning they'd check it out. I arrived at 7:00 am Saturday morning. They soon diagnosed the problem as a bad carrier bearing on the drive shaft. Mike located the parts for this 60 year old car and had me on the road by 10:00 am. Unbelievable!!!
