I normally go to Discount Tire in CoolSprings next to Costco, but I've been having some issues with low air pressure in my tires, and every time I go there, they make me wait for an ungodly amount of time, fill them up, charge me an outrageous price, and send me on my way. Anyway, I went to the Kroger on Nolensville at Concord to put some air in, and the measure went from 30 PSI down to 11 PSI (I'm only 19, and I have very little experience with cars and tires, so I was probably doing it wrong). Since Tire Discounters was practically in the same plaza, I drove over there to see if there was anything they could do. David, one of the store's managers, was very polite throughout the whole process, which only took about 5 minutes in and out. To top things off, he didn't even charge me for the service! Maurice, you sir may have had a bad day, but cursing in front of customers saying GD and yelling all to not honor a WHEEL ALIGNMENT warranty speaks volumes on your behalf. The warranty itself you handed me stated if you change parts using OEM parts for worn suspension equipment, the warranty isn't voided. But to yell and cuss and make a big scene when a customer is simply talking to you calmly, is not a way to treat people. Especially when Jennifer counted 6 cars alone on the account all brought in with the last year. I've even worked with you before and had pleasant experiences, but this experience supercedes any past interactions. Jennifer deserves to be GM with how sweet she talks and interacts with people. You are just simply aggressive for no reason when the customer in front of you is giving you no hassle. read more

On April 17, 2024, my husband took his truck to your 095 Brentwood, 207 Wilson Pike Circle, Brentwood, TN, 37027 store for an oil change and FREE TIRE ROTATION. Upon picking up his truck he glanced at his tires and could swear they hadn't been rotated. All he did was mention it to the front desk and nothing was done about it. On September 20, 2024 he returned to the same Tire Discounters for an oil change and FREE TIRE ROTATION. But this time he marked one of his tires. Upon picking up the truck he looked at the tires and the marked tire was in the same place. The tires had not been rotated. Again he told the front desk his tires had not been rotated. Nothing was done about it. He will not go back there. Even though it is very convenient to his work location. On March 8, 2025 I brought my car to your 089 Brentwood East, 674 Nolensville Pike, Brentwood, TN 37027 store, for an oil change and FREE tire rotation. I've been bringing my car there since it opened. Before going my husband marked my left front tire with a sharpie pen. Upon picking up my car the left front tire still had the mark on it. My tires had not been rotated. This time we showed the manager and explained what we had done. . He was very apologetic and the guy ringing me up took $20.00 off my oil change. But I still need my tires rotated and I'm thinking it's been awhile since that was done. Because your stores are claiming to give you a free tire rotation, but are not actually doing it. read more

Sure I'd always like to pay less but those other places don't give the less of service I've received here. Zero stars. Don't trust this company. They gave us full warranty on a set of 6 tires for our truck (which we have written documentation as proof) and they REFUSED to honor it because months later they said "oh that manager doesn't work here anymore and we can't honor that." FOR A WARRANTY WE PURCHASED. They don't care about the customer. And when they gave us the number for the regional manager Roderick Bill, he's as SHADY AS THIS COMPANY. Completely ignoring us after making promises that he would have it taken care of, apologizing to us telling us it's not our fault and the company needs to take responsibility for this mis management. And then ghosts us completely without fulfilling his promises. Their word means nothing and their warranty's mean nothing. read more

I will never go back my Car went from an oil leak being fixed to oil pressure light low turn off car and told me it was ok to drive it and then come to find it was signaling the truth ,so fixedd then the engine light kept coming they kept resetting it then it was need a crank sensor to needed the turbo fixed and all this is related to the oil leak it said this can make my Car do everything it was doing all it was a back and forth to the shop. read more

I recently took my car in for 4 new tires. All 4 tires were SIGNIFICANTLY over-inflated (48 psi instead of 37, as specified on the placard); one NEW tire had a hole in it; and one tire...had a 3" x 6" piece of plastic INSIDE the tire; NONE of the tires were balanced. All this after I told them my family and I were leaving for a long road trip. I had to take the car into a tire store in lower Alabama and they were able to complete all the work that Tire Discounters was paid to do. All of it. When we returned, I went to the store to discuss my concerns with management. While waiting for the manager, one of the technicians told me the piece of plastic was part of the balancing kit. The store in Alabama said they had no clue what it was, but it certainly didn't belong on the inside of a tire on any vehicle. When the manager was available, I asked him what it was and he had no clue. He assured me he would discuss this service failure with senior management and have somebody contact me. Shockingly (sarcasm), nobody has contacted me. Failure of this magnitude can only be attributed to gross negligence. There is no QA/QC at this store and management has demonstrated a complete lack of concern for the safety and well-being of its customers. If you want to buy tires here, have at it. But I strongly encourage you to take the tires to literally any other tire store to have them properly installed, balanced, and inflated. They might even prevent large foreign objects from getting inside the tire. read more

I had scheduled an appointment at 1pm for rear brake pads and rotor replacement at Tire Discounters. I dropped my car off on schedule, came back at 3pm having not heard a word from anyone and they told me they had been "meaning to call me" then proceed to list almost $1000 worth of repairs needed. I said no, just the pads for now. 2 full hours on a lift they didn't do a single bit of intended work, they still needed to order the parts, for the brake pads... Truthfully I'm less mad about the staggeringly high quote they gave me and more upset about the blatant waste of time they made me endure without any correspondence whatsoever. They are a skeleton crew over there and run about 2-4 hours behind, appointment or not. read more

These guys are still the best. My wife went out to her car one evening and it wouldn't start (battery). I called the team at Tire Discounters and they said they could fit me in the following morning. I dropped the car off before they opened. By 8:20 they had identified several battery options and called me to discuss. Since I have been with them for almost five years it was a quick call. They didn't think they gave me enough information on how the billing was going to work so they called me back to make sure I was comfortable with everything. As we all know we are in a pandemic and having someone in my car is a touchy subject. As I came to get some work done I noticed wipes on the counter and hand sanitizer...good start. But as I sat outside waiting for my car to be serviced I watched multiple techs no mask enter clients vehicles, no gloves, not wiping anything down. Same on returning my car. I highly recommend you change your process. Lysol cars getting in and returning it to the client As you had the client their keys hand it in a wipe packet Add an extra wipe for the client to wipe down the shift and wheel, doors etc. Wear a MASK You seem to have NO system in place. Just another day here. I won't be returning! I am extremely disappointed to watch this in play. read more

I really needed tires. The tires were at the point where they needed to be replaced. On my way home from work, one of them went flat. It was bound to happen. I called them just after 5 PM to ask when they could get new tires on my car, and the guy said it was "very possible" that it could be done that evening. So, I told him I was on my way. I was greeted by Mike as soon as I walked in the door. He got my info and the measurements of my tires right away and showed me my options. I went with the mid-priced option to balance durability with a good price, and I even got a discount on them. They started work on my car before I even left with my wife to have dinner. They told me that they would have a waited a bit if I were late getting back, but I don't like doing that to people. The car was waiting right outside when I got back. Then came the real test . . . I needed to drive the car to see how well the work was done. I was not disappointed at all. Mike told me that the car would ride really well, and he was right. It felt better on the drive home than it had in months. I was very pleased with what had happened and really appreciated them getting me in right away at that hour. read more

If i could give less I would. As a female i was looked down on and felt taken advantage of. This is the second time they have tried to charge me well over hundred dollars more than any other tire place for new tires. I left and called DISCOUNT TIRES and got the same "top of the line" tires for 150 dollars less brand new. They are scamming women (and i'm sure men too). Do NOT give them your money. It's ridiculous that they are getting away with charging people 100+ more for the exact same tires. Ridiculous!! SO MESSED UP- what they are doing at this establishment is unfair and very shady. I've returned to here to edit this after talking to multiple people (women and men) who said they have felt the same way. I have to update my review here. The service I have been receiving is inconsistent. I just dropped off my car here and my main issue is customer service. When i entered the shop, I was not greeted. The first thing I was told was, What do you want? That is not how you greet your customers. You should make your customers feel welcomed to your business so that we should want to return. Second issue, when I was leaving I asked how long will take, perhaps an hours? Associate replayed maybe 2. I think you need to provide better wait time versus maybe 2 hours. Especially since I have a fleet account and I brought so much business to this location. Overall, I suggest management to improve friendliness of the front associate and also provide more accurate wait. I would like to be a customer so please address this issues. read more

I used Tire Discounters in Brentwood several times. I put tires on three vehicles along with other services. I was happy with their work at first, but eventually I started noticing some careless and sloppy mistakes. The final time I went there I had an oil change just before I was to drive to Florida. The technician who did the oil change did not put the oil cap back on. I drove several hundred miles before I noticed what I thought was an exhaust smell and stopped to investigate. By that time the entire engine compartment was covered in oil. I had the engine cleaned at the dealership in Florida at my cost. I called Tire Discounters and told them I didn't want anything from them, but I wanted them to know this had happened at their store. They completely blew me off. The only response I got was "OK, I'll let the technician know". Mistakes can happen, although this one shouldn't have, but I found their complete lack of concern alarming. It's hard to trust your car to a place that has that type of attitude. Obviously, I will not be back. read more

I came in the previous day and made appointment for 2 tires, alignment, balance and oil change. I was told because of making an appointment it would take 2 hours for repairs. I brought in the vehicle at the appointed time and waited. After TWO hours they had not even started with the car! When I checked on the all they said was sorry and that's why they don't like making appointments. On their website they recommend appointments but they do not adhere to their schedule! Too bad I was looking for a new service store but it will not be Tire Discounters! I will never return because of their POOR SERVICE and lack of respect for the customer!!!!! read more

These guys are great! I walked in for an oil change the other day and was in and out in about 50 minutes. They made sure I had water and let me pick what I wanted to watch on the TV. They offer discounts for teachers and military members. My family qualifies for both of those things so that was really helpful for us! Waited three hours to get my tire patched from a slow leak. Took the car home and that night the tire went completely flat. Brought it back the next day. Waited another hour while my car sat in the parking lot. Had to complain about making me wait before getting my car in. They complained about people not showing up for work. My impression is that they have enough people working but that it is not organized. Someone started on my tire and left it there for an hour while they helped other people. Another employee ended up finishing the tire after seeing it sitting there. Will not be going back to that store again unfortunately. Recommend you find another place to get your work done if at all possible. read more

So my first visit wasn't perfect but I have been going to these guys for a while now. They're always super nice and pretty quick about stuff. However, yesterday they went above and beyond. We had just dropped my wife's car off for a patch in one of her tires. As we were leaving, someone blew a stop sign, hit us, and drove off. I think 3 guys ran out to make sure we were ok. They cleared the road, directed traffic, stayed with us until police arrived, and even found the other driver while out on a test drive!
