I liked his attitude so when I brought my new truck home, I made an appointment and took it to his shop. Easy to find and easy access. While there making my appointment, I met the owner, Mike. A real gentleman and an excellent customer service man. More later. I ordered a Tonneau cover for my truck and the deal was that they would install it after spraying the bed lined in. Due to a family medical issue, I had to cancel my appointment, but Mike told me to be there the following morning. Mike also offers to loan a truck, and even wondered why when I told him I didn't want to drive his truck an hour down the road. You see, whatever issues you present, he simply works around them. Anyway, I picked up my truck, clean as it was when I left it (It now had 34 miles on it). I got home, and noticed a rivet that had broken off, and the head of the rivet was rolling around in the cover. The latch was also stiff and felt like it was in a bind. When Mike saw what was going on, he had the cover taken off the truck and made it his mission to get me a new top. He called me the following day and told me that the cover was there waiting for me if I could come by. I did and within minutes his crew was on it, installing the new cover for me and installing the brackets for my railings also. What a great crew and what outstanding customer service! My oil was one quart low and transmission fluid was 2 quarts low. My transmission was bone dry. I am so grateful for his help and thanked God for sending me to him. I was told by a mechanic at Midas that I would need a transmission rebuild at a cost of $1500. I asked the Midas guy to check my fluid. He failed to do so when fixing my car regarding another repair. I have been unable to drive my car for 3 weeks trying to save my money for a transmission repair. Mr. Sorenson saved me a ton of money, a transmission rebuild, a lot of grief, stress, and tears.
