I had a great experience buying a Thor class c here and we had an accident in the vehicle and broke the control panel for the rv 10 days after buying it. We already had a vacation booked and they got the part in and installed it before the vacation so that we did not lose the money on it. Excellent work and great service from the staff. Horrible! My wife and I stopped in during a sales event they were having, so they were a bit busy. When we finally had a Sales Associate assigned to us, after a 40min wait...again they were busy, we told him we were looking to purchase to purchase a Class C. He showed us a few, but none seemed to match what we wanted. He had one last one to show us that he said had what we were looking for. The RV was locked so he excused himself to get the keys. So we waited. And waited. And waited. He never returned. When I walked inside, I observed him introducing himself to another couple and taking yo to look at travel trailers. So you leave customers outside, in a light rain, and blow them off? Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Camping World Murfreesboro. We left there and went to Nashville RV in Franklin and found an incredible Class C that we ended up purchasing. We purchased a brand new Grand Design 410th. Given we purchased from out of state, we hd Camping World complete a virtual walk through with us. Our unit was delivered severely broken and damaged due to the dealerships failure to properly secure the unit. 100k for a unit to be delivered to us completely torn apart inside and out. Despite a verbal confirmation from the general manager, Barry that Camping Word would cover the damages, the dealership continues to ignore our messages and emails. As such, do yourself a favor, if you can work with another dealership, please do so. Our family is now living in the unit full-time with a slew of problems. My wife and I were looking for a Class B van that sleeps 4, as we entered there were many sales people chit-chatting amongst themselves but none seemed to care about helping us. We were eventually assigned a salesperson who did not show us what we asked to see and worse had no knowledge about the units he did show us, including the price point. According to the online inventory, a unit we wanted to see is on the lot, I checked after we left, but I was not interested in going back. A COMPLETE SCAM! I took my 2024 Puma up to Camping World Murfreesboro last year(2025). They proceeded to list it for MORE than I paid for the camper brand new. It took months to get them to bring the price down with the horrible communication from the person "helping" me(Mark). Shortly after they called and told me they couldn't sell it. When arriving to pick up my camper, I found that someone from the service dept STOLE THE HINGES OFF MY CABINETS!! The doors to my cabinets were just laying around the camper with the hinges completely missing. It is currently coming up on 90 days since then and I still have not received the parts they STOLE OFF MY PROPERTY. Do not use this store for anything!!! I pulled in with a hope & prayer they could help. My hitch was jammed so I couldn't release the trailer from the truck. Svc Mgr Christian jumped right in to help. His Grandpa joined in(Plant Mgr) and they fixed me up. I bought a new battery from them & Christian installed it for me. I cannot brag enough on these guys. They went above & beyond to help. We made a purchase at the end of 2025. We were told of one issue which we could bring in at a later time to have fixed. Came home and discovered the awning does not work, kinda of convenient that they parked the camper next to post which did not allow for the awning to be fully extended. Fast forward to today they have had the new 2026 camper since early January. Lots of calls and web page updates but all of that information is just BS. This service center is a joke. read more

Absolutely horrible! Camping World held my camper for over 3 months to simply replace an awning. Paid for the parts and labor on 10/23/2025 and was called to pick up my camper on 2/2/2026. Once I arrived they could not locate my camper and actually brought up another customer's camper to give me. When I said it wasn't mine, they asked, "are you sure?" After almost an hour, they still could not find the camper. I told than I would come back the next day. When I arrived the next day, they were unable to find the keys to my camper and had to make a new set. There were no apologies, no explanation, no interactions with any senior management, only an offer of a $100 refund for the $3000 I had paid. read more

I took delivery 18 months ago of a Grand design camper. When we arrive to pick up the camper the skylight was leaking. Lazidaze was tasked with repairing the skylight which they did not do properly. This is led to a series of needed roof repairs. Grand design has now declined to honor the warranty in lazy days refuse to admit that they did a substandard repair. Stay away from this location as they will intentionally avoid owning mistakes. There were other problems with my experience that are too numerous dimension. Buyer beware! read more
