We had my car dropped off last Sunday so they could give it a full look over and fix anything that needed attention. My husband had already done some work on it himself, but there were still a few things we wanted a professional to handle, so we had it towed over to them. They originally said it might take around two weeks, but they got everything done in just over a week, which we really appreciated. Everyone there is always friendly, honest, reliable, and easy to talk to. They keep you updated, do great work, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. This is the second time I've trusted them with my vehicle, and I've honestly had such a great experience both times. As long as we're living here, they'll definitely be the shop we keep going back to. We really appreciate all the hard work they put in and everything they did for us. Chandler/Tristar Roadside Rescue was truly a 'Godsend' when the small bus I was driving to…read moretransport service dogs was loading up its last dog and smoke started coming from under the hood. It was in the 90's and the bus was not drivable. It was 3:45 pm on a Friday afternoon when I contacted Chandler...we thought the water pump/belt had failed. Chandler drove to where the bus was in Only, TN, assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, drove back into Nashville for parts and returned to work on the bus late into the evening in a parking lot. I received at call at 9:30pm that he had repaired the bus. Chandler was an excellent communicator, completed the repair so quickly and for a very fair price. I bought a new battery at NAPA but the battery installation required a computer re-boot of the car's electronic system plus it had more wires and cables attached to it than Frankenstein.
