I pulled over in 90 degree weather and called my insurance roadside assistance and they original told me Pantusa Towing would be there in 2 1/2 hours. I called at the 2 1/2 hour point and they told me it would be another 90 minutes and I could call my insurance company if I didn't like it. Needless to say I did call my insurance company again and they told me they would call another company. VIP contacted me immediately and got to me quickly and even called to let me know they had gotten in some traffic but still should make it on time. Hekari answered the phone when I called and was so friendly and nice even though I'm sure he's used to dealing with people in constant states of emergency. I left my keys in the car in a parking lot and he picked it up and dropped it off at the service center that I requested in Dickson, Tennessee. Posting this on yelp since my original review on google was deleted. This guy is the most inept man…read morein the greater Cumberland area. I left my keys a 10 minute drive away, which was my fault. He said he'd wait for an extra $20, or he could do it without the key for $50. We tried that, realized it couldn't happen without absolutely demolishing my front lip, then he said just go get the keys. I went to go get them, and as I'm pulling out of my driveway, he calls me and says "I got it on. I'll meet you at the shop." We get to the shop and he I found out he towed it with the parking brake on and attached the tow hooks to my LOWER CONTROL ARMS. My bumper is hanging off at this point. I ask him how he got it on and he said he just slid it right under and pulled it up using soap and water to lubricate the wheels. Are you kidding me? He also didn't bring any wooden boards despite me saying multiple times to bring them, which is why my bumper is now hanging off my car. He absolutely destroyed the front end of my AMG and then tried to say it was no damage. I am this close to taking legal action against them. Haven't even inspected the control arms or drivetrain yet. The picture I'm attaching should tell you everything you need to know. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY
