The price was ridiculous. I declined. They called back with a better price and I approved the seal and master cylinder replacement. When I picked up my car I had multiple safety lights on my instrument panel that were not there before. I complained and they claimed no knowledge of the lights. As I drove out of the parking lot there was a clear knocking in my wheel area. I returned and was told it was now a bad strut discovered when they checked them. This also happened as a result of their techs looking to up-sale. They claimed no fault. Don't go there. My invoice #is 00116-899230. They had my review removed previously.

They do a good job and include a few extras like a windshield cleaning. However, they are expensive and they try to sell me something each time, usually by showing me my dirty air filter (which could be blown off). This latest time they tried synthetic oil (which experts say is mostly needed when pulling an RV or boat). My suggestion is to shop around for a better price unless you are in a hurry, and refuse all extras--shop around for a filter if needed. Follow-up: I went again today, and this time they added synthetic oil price to the invoice even though I clearly said, "plain 10w-30 oil." That is just plain not right.

This was 3000 miles ago. Recently, I had an oil change at another provider. They found that the oil plug was cross threaded on and difficult to remove, my dip stick was broken off at the top, and the windshield washer fluid cap was broken off of the washer container. I am fairly certain this damage done at the last time I had my oil change at Take 5 in Columbia after I asked about the pricey oil change. Thankfully, my guys this time were able to replace the oil plug and I bought a replacement oil dip stick off of amazon. I'm still looking to get a cap for the windshield washer fluid. Bottom line though, this is no way to treat a customer. I would avoid this site. They are not customer friendly and it looks like they're prone to damaging your vehicle.

Mark's quote for a 6 plug spark plug change was 1/4 what the local "European" car mechanics quoted, and they are fond of saying that they are the only ones who can do right by a Mercedes.
