I decided to rent one first, and take a short trip to see how we liked it. We rented the 24ft Gray Wolf, and took a long weekend trip from Nashville to Pigeon Forge. Music City RV met me at the trailer, and spent almost an hour walking through everything I needed to know. The RV was packed with everything you need - both inside stuff like dishes/linens, and functional things like tools and hookup accessories. The trip was excellent, and the family enjoyed it, though we learned that this trailer was way larger than we needed. We ended up buying a much smaller trailer. I definitely recommend renting one before you buy, and Music City RV is the best place in town to do so!

I booked the wrong dates 3 months ahead of time and realized it only a couple weeks before the trip. Unfortunately they had nothing available for the particular Rv I rented. I asked Beau if he could please find me something even if a downgrade or upgrade and he came through with a brand new 40 ft. class A Rv. Of course my mistake cost me more but our trip was saved. We had one little quirk with the Rv the first night. I was able to get in contact with Beau and he talked me through it and no further assistance was needed for the rest of the trip. Will definitely use Nashville Rv next year.

Bankston sold our RV brand, and we thought they might help us out considering we were 2,000+ miles from home. Explained our problem to Brad Land, and he was most helpful. Brad thoroughly explained what might be our problem, and he was 100% correct! Brad kindly answered the question that we had asked a couple of times at other locations without a satisfactory answer. We began our maiden voyage the day after Christmas. We spent 3 weeks on the road and encountered many weather extremes from warm/balmy to sever storms to bone chilling cold. We talked to Phil most days at least 1 time if not more and we exercised nearly every system on the trailer. Phil was always available for us and answered all our questions. We look forward to many more trips with our Lance travel trailer.

He delivered the camper to the campground and was there setting up when we arrived. He provided a quick intro to the workings of the heat/stovetop and refrigerator and we were set! After hiking, we returned to find a record player with records and a flat screen tv and dvd player ready for the evening! The seating areas are easily converted to sleeping space which provided ample room for the 3 of us. Plenty of warm bedding, pillows and towels were provided in the cost of the rental. We didn't utilize the shower, but this camper features a toilet/shower combo that would be perfect for remote campgrounds! We'll most definitely do this again! Ellen W

Cruise America Horrible Experience. My wife and I had a…read moreterrible experience with Cruise America in May, 2021. We began our journey in Brentwood Tennessee (near Nashville) renting a 19 foot camper. The business was disorganized and cluttered. Our first night at an RV park we discovered with sewage hose to our 19 foot camper van was cut or torn in half and barely reached the ground pipe. The water hose connecter was broken and sprayed so much water onto the ground that the camp owner asked us to only turn on his water when we used it. The toilet leaked after every use! Several of the small access doors on the outside of the camper van were held in place by paperclips or wire. And these were the minor issues. The vehicle was out of alignment, the steering pulled to the right, the shocks were bad. My wife refused to drive it. The second day, screws fell on our laps from above our heads! We could see the sky through the holes they left. When it rained, water dripped on our laps. Even worse, the whistling sound created by those holes driving on the freeway made it impossible talk. I bought duct tape to seal the holes but the tape kept coming loose. The journey was so bad we turned around on our second day and returned that van to Brentwood, dumped our stuff in our car, and started our trip over by automobile. We called their service center several times but they were no help. Their main suggestion was for us to drive hundreds of miles further to our destination in South Padre Island, Texas, where, if we could find a repair shop, they might be able to fix the alignment. Ridiculous. Cruise America obviously did not fix or inspect this equipment before lending it out. If you rent from Brentwood (and apparently from other locations based upon other bad reviews) you risk a very very bad experience. Cruise America was cheaper that other places, and now I know why. Instead of keeping their vehicles in good working order, they rent out equipment that is terrible. Their business model seems to be to spend no money maintaining or repairing vehicles and then deal with one unhappy customer after another. We went back and forth with Cruise America with all these problems for months. In the end, Cruise America did give us a lot of our money back. But of course it was not nearly enough to make up for that terrible trip. We will never again rent from them. I strongly advise you not to risk it either.

At first we were happy with how the salesman treated us at an RV show in Nashville. We found a…read morenice camper but we're unable to verify if our truck would be able to haul it. The salesman suggested putting a hold on it until the next day when we could call Ford to verify if our truck had the capacity. We found out that it could NOT, so we emailed the salesman Brian, immediately and asked for the money to be refunded. We hoped to find another camper with them instead. We were told NO. They would not refund our money. They claimed that "no refund" was written on the receipt but there was no such disclaimer. When we asked to speak with the sales manager or the owner the salesman laughed at us and said "Good luck getting a hold of him. He's never here." Brian lied at one point and told the secretary to "tell them I AM the sales manager." He was rude and downright unprofessional in the phone. He laughed at us when we politely asked for a refund and told us not to "make it personal". I'm sorry. $1000 is personal to us. He would not return our calls. This company would rather have kept $1000 from a retired Army Vet Green Beret with 9 deployments and a Kindergarten Teacher than offer the money back and ensure that we will be return customers. When the owner, Jett finally returned our calls he was not apologetic at all for the way everything was handled or how unprofessionally Brian treated us. In the end, after bribing us by saying, "If you take down the negative reviews, we will return your money" they finally returned it to us... 2 months later. We will NOT be going back and would NEVER recommend.
