After talking to the manager, the franchise owner and getting no resolve, it is evident that they bank on people to sign up and trap them by making cancellation a challenge. Plano has a lot of amazing gym facilities and this one should be last on the list given their customer service is horrible.

Nice little gym here…read more I love the workout anytime formats. Similar to anytime for those who aren't familiar. Have a key tag that gets you in even when they're closed for regular business. They use basically all matrix machines. Which aren't my favorite but they work. Normal stuff, smith machine, squat racks, bench stuff. It's very well equipped. They have a dedicated "booty" area. That's not the name but what I'm calling it. They have some fun machines for that. Nice little padded area for abs or kettle bell training. Where I'll be just nip picky about... They need to re cover a lot of machines. Cracked pleather on bare legs is uncomfortable. Again this isn't a make it or break it and far better than some of the gyms I've been to before. But if I had to say something negative, that would be it. If I'm in the area would love to workout there again.

The gym is clean but the set up of machines is not that great . Free weights area feels crammed also only 2 smiths machines . It was 4:57 and the old lady followed my sister to the restroom telling her she had to leave that it was 5 pm. She did not need to do that because we knew we had to leave by 5 pm so that was Rude of her . We walked out by 5:02 because I went to the restroom before knowing she stalked my sister to the restroom. Even tho this gym is convenient for us we will stick to our regular gym .
