The decor was super chic as well, and it felt so lovely to be there. I took the Reformer class with Gabby, and I really enjoyed the entire class. I typically take megaformer classes, but Bodybar was a fun way to switch it up. While I found it to be a little bit easier than a megaformer class, it was still a challenging and fun class that consistently burned out my muscles. I especially loved the lunge-lift move that made it feel like I was flying. :) I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in town!

He walked me through all the goodies: weights, recovery center, sauna, fitness classes and a bunch more, all bundled into different membership packages. I was suprised learn it costs about the same as a cute TJ Maxx outfit or a full tank of gas if you're feeling like getting the full membership. And get this: you can bring a friend for free every single visit. Love that Crunch Fitness thought of this built-in gym buddy system, nice idea! I've got a few of friends who rave about how much they enjoy their membership. They say it's a great place to network with other business professionals or just vibe with likeminded fitness folks. I didn't sign up today because I'm checking if my UHC insurance might cover it (I might already be a member and not know it). But if you're thinking about it, I recommend joining! My son now loves going too and it's perfect for his using the free weight area. What keeps me going to this gym and keeps me working out: 1. Easy no appt or class time necessary... just jump in 2. The fun tabata-style circuit is changed out daily and focuses on different body types 3. It's an all-level workout so you make it as challenging as you want and let's face it some days I don't feel like doing it but that brings me to this next... 4. It's only 30 ish minutes! You DO have the time and it feels great to workout even on those days that are tough 5. Last but not least Adam has a vast amount of knowledge and is a trainer so he or a team member will show you how to do the exercises properly or how to modify if you have an injury. 6. I haven't worked out in a while and was nervous about joining a gym that would be too intense. I appreciate that the workout here is 30min. It really worked me, and I could do it! I have knee pain, and the coach made sure to help me with modifications so I could still work out, but not hurt my knee. The staff is very friendly and helpful! You go through all the stations, and each one has a video for you to follow. Very little thinking is required. Top notch for me personally. I haven't had to use it yet, but there is a key fob system that allows members to come workout during non-staffed hours. Firmly team no kids, but they also have a little kids area to sit your kiddo. I know this is unusual as my sister complains often about not being able to workout at a gym. My only wish is if they had a sauna but it's not enough of a want for me to not go. I'd much rather have personalized service. It was clean, friendly, and i had a great workout! I am excited for my membership, and highly recommend checking them out!

Then a charge for each "belt-testing" with is every 4-6 classes. Then the monthly charges. Then, they charge you TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE to stop taking this classes. We tried this for a month, after the 1st month, after the child gets used to the classes (which seems to be over crowded) they hit you with all that I mentioned above. Maybe it's me... it seems like these this is a Unethical way if doing business. I could understand if they were upfront and honest from the beginning.
