I asked for some resolution to our problem. I didn't expect a refund, just thought maybe he could help us with a replacement until we have a working oven. He called me "a nut job" and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. Yes, I was angry. I explained that he would be angry in my situation too. We had to refuse delivery, make multiple trips to the store, and spend time getting the duplicate purchase refunded. It was an unnecessary hassle during an already stressful remodel. On top of that, we were dealing with a hectic holiday schedule and family events. Once we had time to really look at the new refrigerator, we noticed the doors weren't aligned, there was a scratch on it, and it began displaying a "High Temp" warning. We had already lost all of our food when our previous refrigerator failed--which wasn't your fault--but now we're facing the possibility of losing another fully stocked refrigerator because the replacement isn't working properly. When I contacted customer support through chat, I was told I had missed the return window by just a few hours--not days, but hours. There was no flexibility or understanding, despite everything that had happened with the duplicate dishwasher order and all the issues surrounding this purchase. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. During that week, we realized that our Samsung oven had also been acting up as well. Robert arrived promptly. He was friendly, professional and courteous. Robert was kind enough to check our oven while here. Since this was the third time we've had to have a technician service our Samsung dishwasher; Robert was honest enough to tell us he could temporarily repair the problem, but we may be better off replacing it - which we did - same with the stove. The price was fair and we were happy with the service and recommend Cole's Appliance Repair. We don't recommend Samsung appliances. :)
