Robert was kind enough to check our oven while here. Since this was the third time we've had to have a technician service our Samsung dishwasher; Robert was honest enough to tell us he could temporarily repair the problem, but we may be better off replacing it - which we did - same with the stove. The price was fair and we were happy with the service and recommend Cole's Appliance Repair. We don't recommend Samsung appliances. :)

Brian from Felton's is the only one who even put his hands on my machine, immediately replaced the broken wire, ran a diagnostic and determined our furnace could be repaired. Was back out within days to complete the repair and install a new digital thermostat for a fraction of the price of a new furnace. Our furnace has never worked so well in the 8 years we've lived here. Really great honest guy. Still to this day haven't heard back from the others.
