I asked for some resolution to our problem. I didn't expect a refund, just thought maybe he could help us with a replacement until we have a working oven. He called me "a nut job" and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. Yes, I was angry. I explained that he would be angry in my situation too. He walked in his office and shut the door. I left his store and I will never step foot in there again. I advise you do the same.

Instead, our dishwasher order was bundled with the refrigerator order, and both were rescheduled for delivery on June 30, 2026. Two days later, we received a notification that another dishwasher was being delivered. It turned out the original in-store order had never been canceled, so we were charged for two dishwashers. We had to refuse delivery, make multiple trips to the store, and spend time getting the duplicate purchase refunded. It was an unnecessary hassle during an already stressful remodel. On top of that, we were dealing with a hectic holiday schedule and family events. Once we had time to really look at the new refrigerator, we noticed the doors weren't aligned, there was a scratch on it, and it began displaying a "High Temp" warning. We had already lost all of our food when our previous refrigerator failed--which wasn't your fault--but now we're facing the possibility of losing another fully stocked refrigerator because the replacement isn't working properly. When I contacted customer support through chat, I was told I had missed the return window by just a few hours--not days, but hours. There was no flexibility or understanding, despite everything that had happened with the duplicate dishwasher order and all the issues surrounding this purchase. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. This entire experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. All I was asking for was a little grace and understanding. The contract clearly stated that if Aaron's was closed on the due date due to a holiday or emergency, the payment would be due the next business day. There have been a few times over the past two years that that has occurred and each time I received a call from Aaron's the next business day saying I was late, and was charged a late fee. I also had to remind them a couple times when they called me for payment on the due date that it was a direct payment from the bank and all they had to do was run the card number they were in possession of. So the office *(sales) staff could pay a bit more attention to the details of an account when they pull it up on their computer. The delivery people are not good at all. they broke the furniture when they delivered it, and scratched my daughters new laminate floors as well. Aaron's had the furniture repaired, but I had to pay for the repair of the laminate floors. (I just didn't feel like having the hassle of trying to get Aaron's to pay for it, so I just didn't even ask them to. Idk, they may have been happy to do it I just didn't bother asking. All in all not a horrible experience as far as a rent to own goes, but still just average.

I came at the time of 5:10-5:15, and sat there till 6:35 before just leaving. I'm sure the people there are lovely people and were genuinely trying their best to get me to my interview, but I never got it and I am not sitting inside the store for another 30-ish minutes for an interview that'd last less than 10. Do not apply here because they clearly do not value a potential employee more than they value sitting on their a** doing nothing. I had well over 5 employees come up to me and say "they'll be here to do your interview soon", and I tried being kind and giving them the benefit of the doubt. But it was 6 PM, at a retail store and I counted less than 5 customers coming to the registers every 20 minutes. What a joke. Our furnace has never worked so well in the 8 years we've lived here. Really great honest guy. Still to this day haven't heard back from the others.
