This was not true and although we were able to install it ourselves it was not perfect and we had to replace the liner within a one year. We installed it ourselves again and it leaked around the skimmer until the end of last summer when thoughts of just taking the pool down (due having to refill the pool daily) entered our minds. Our skills were obviously not up to par in pool liner installation so in March of this year we decided to inquire about getting some help from Haven Pool and Spa. We are so pleased this is what we did. Admittedly, we were taken aback at the price of buying a liner and getting it installed as it was as much as we paid for the pool. However, knowing that it took us days to do it ourselves (and it was not done correctly in the end), forced us to make the decision to have the professionals do it for us. Boy, did it make a difference and we truly wish this is the way we would have done it in 2020. I can tell our pool will last many years now and we will not have to continually worry about leaking and other issues. Use the professionals at Haven Pool and Spa! He totally eased my fears and told me that hot tubs frequently get pin hole leaks in some of the joints and fittings. He even took me over to some of their systems on display to demonstrate where and what to look for in determining the type of leak. The best part was his recommendation of a product called "Fix a Leak" and how to apply it to my system.
