They are patient and kind and listen to parents lead on what children need (because parents know them best). There are pins to earn as motivation to learn, and when they graduate Bobby Jo is great about making them feel special for accomplishing it. More than anything the parents are able to be at ease, and the kids needs are met. The teachers and deck manager are attentive and take it seriously while also creating a community. This is the only branch that offers swim times 5 days a week and during the day (12 noon) Thursday. The new program, once you're registered, allows you to pick and choose each day/week based on your schedule so if you're out of town a couple weeks you can make up the time the following week. There is a hot tub, lap pool, and therapy pool (warm like a bathtub). There is such a stark difference from river rd south the kids and parents look happy.

The second day we got the spa, the LED light went out. Spas and More said they would have to order me a new one. A week or so into it, the spa completely shut down, no power. Spas and More said I had a bad power cable and gave me a new one. I went to install it and found the entire circuit board was fried and burned. Spas and More were perplexed but almost 2 weeks went by before they could send someone out after I called frequently. Who did they send out, the salesperson's grandpa, who by the way, was not an employee nor had ever worked for a spa company and was not a certified tech. He installed a new circuit board with and replaced the light and assured me none of this was my fault and it was all covered under warranty. Right after Christmas, spa was cold and the pump would not work. Weeks went by again after I called repeatedly. I was continually told to reset it, unplug it, drain it, hop on 1 foot and push this button etc all with negative results. Finally, after a couple of weeks, the salesperson told me that they were not going to come out and fix it because they already replaced my circuit board and said it was my fault and that I would have to talk to her Dad. Dad never called and I have a brand new broken hot tub. I ended up calling the manufacturer and telling them my story. The next day I was magically called by the salesperson who said a repair tech would be out. I was contacted by said repair tech who was a nice guy. I asked him if he worked for the company to which he said no and that he just helps them out. He said my pump was broken and ripped it out and swapped it out for another pump on a floor model. It still didn't work. Then he realized it was a simple fuse on the circuit board and he had to run to the hardware store to get a fuse. Finally, it worked. The manufacturer actually transferred my Warranty to Emerald Outdoor Living and they came out to check Spas and More's grandpa and helper friend tech's work. Emerald found that Grandpa had wired the circuit board wrong and the spa was using the pump at only 1 high speed and not the 2 speeds it was supposed to run off, hence blowing the fuse. They fixed it and I've had zero problems. It really is the worst customer service experience I've ever been apart of. My wife and I were nothing but patient and understanding and the opposite of needy "Karen" customers recognizing these are all first world problems. However, the flippant kiss off we got was disturbing and to this day, we've still never heard from them. Buyer please be ware.
