The experience and results were amazing. My formerly dull, problem skin is now glowing and looks at least 10 years younger! In the past I've wasted so much time and money on dermatologists, they just write an Rx and tell you to cleanse with cetaphil. This treatment has been a game changer for me. Three weeks on I'm still enjoying the results. The spa is a very tranquil, soothing environment, so easy to relax there! Kim, the aesthetician that gave me my facial took the time to explain everything, was very thorough in evaluation of my skin and took my concerns in mind in her treatment. She didn't rush the appointment and made honest recommendations without trying to sell me any products. She was great! They have biologique recherche products, which provides another type of facial experience. Cons: really not too much. Would be nice to have a common waiting are for men and women, especially a couple waiting for treatments. Men's steam sauna was broken at the time.
