I made an appointment, but I did not get my pedicure started on time. I had an appointment for 10:00, but I am assuming around 9:45 6 people came in for pedicures and manicures for a 50th wedding bow renewal ceremony. I assume that they wanted to help them get in and get out before the ceremony. I feel this place is more of come, sign in, and wait nail salon...which is fine if you know ahead of time. I might try an appointment again, but when I have no plans and can wait.

I agreed to the dip, he never did a manicure, i asked him to cut my nails short he said we cut later, never cut them and filed them so hard on the sides that it hurt twice to which he replied too short. I told him I wanted a manicure for the dry skin and he grabbed an old dirty pair of the cuticle clipper and at that point I was over it. The nails lasted 4 days. What a waste of money, time and an attempt at relaxation. save your money go somewhere else that doesn't use dirty tools and listens. When I expressed my discontent at never receiving the manicure they just were argumentative and said I changed my service. .

Ended up having to go elsewhere for a proper cut and a moisturizing treatment and then paid an additional $120 for new products to preserve and heal the condition of my hair. Notified the salon and they absolutely would not refund any of my money and stated only 2 other customers complained in 25 years of business and they've never refunded anyone. They claim the best they could do was to offer me the same services that I had already gotten elsewhere plus a toner. I definitely do not have confidence in going back to the same place that already messed up my hair to possibly mess it up further. These pictures were taken by the 3 stylists at the other salon who were appalled that the stylist who did my hair even had 20 years of experience and strongly advised me to get my money back. When the police come, another said I am lied about the time and the whole thing. It is ridiculous, I didn't come here to look for trouble, I just want to get my nails done. And when I ask a sorry from the man who yelled at me, he refused and start to take a video of me and maybe try to pretend I am the one who is rude after all the thing happened.
