I had an appointment for 10:00, but I am assuming around 9:45 6 people came in for pedicures and manicures for a 50th wedding bow renewal ceremony. I assume that they wanted to help them get in and get out before the ceremony. I feel this place is more of come, sign in, and wait nail salon...which is fine if you know ahead of time. I might try an appointment again, but when I have no plans and can wait.

I agreed to the dip, he never did a manicure, i asked him to cut my nails short he said we cut later, never cut them and filed them so hard on the sides that it hurt twice to which he replied too short. I told him I wanted a manicure for the dry skin and he grabbed an old dirty pair of the cuticle clipper and at that point I was over it. The nails lasted 4 days. What a waste of money, time and an attempt at relaxation. save your money go somewhere else that doesn't use dirty tools and listens. When I expressed my discontent at never receiving the manicure they just were argumentative and said I changed my service. .

Was told no they were "bringing hot water"- they brought electric tea kettles full of hot water to heat it! (Should've left but given them the benefit of doubt) 4. No offer of the "free drink" (says it in the book, that was found behind the chair) 5. Got pedicure, toe nails were all different lengths, not symmetric or even close! Polish was uneven. Sharp edges, waited for them to fix, asked to even out polish and got "is good?" Didn't even try to smooth the edges or nail and after saying add another coat of polish, it was globbed on and had to ask for a top coat. Terrible. The only good thing I can honestly give in the review is the massage I got on my feet/legs was good. I understand there aren't many choices around this area as I am a visitor from out of state but locals speak up! Don't be scared, you're paying for a service.

I would not have booked here if I would have known I was going to pay $85 for a half up half down pony tail. Second my curls didn't even make it until I put my dress on! It looked fine when I left the salon, but it did not last. Thank goodness my mom brought her curling iron and hair spray with her so we were able to save my hair for my wedding! I called my stylist and asked if she or someone else could come fix my hair but she refused. She told it that it would be my responsibility to find (and pay) someone else to fix my hair. Her boss was supposed to call and she never did. This was the only thing I regret about my wedding day. Save yourself the stress and tears. Find another salon for the biggest, most important day of your life. They obviously don't care about it here.

Ended up having to go elsewhere for a proper cut and a moisturizing treatment and then paid an additional $120 for new products to preserve and heal the condition of my hair. Notified the salon and they absolutely would not refund any of my money and stated only 2 other customers complained in 25 years of business and they've never refunded anyone. They claim the best they could do was to offer me the same services that I had already gotten elsewhere plus a toner. I definitely do not have confidence in going back to the same place that already messed up my hair to possibly mess it up further. These pictures were taken by the 3 stylists at the other salon who were appalled that the stylist who did my hair even had 20 years of experience and strongly advised me to get my money back. The last picture is the hair I lost after my first wash. The pictures speak for themselves.
