Booked two pedicures online the night before, no confirmation via email or text. Showed up, seated, waited for employee to 1. Give a "menu" for selections for services .... Didn't happen. 2. Waited about 15 minutes for the water to be put in the soaking tub and turned on. 3. When someone finally got the soaking tub ready there was NO HOT WATER! And when asked, "is this going to warm up?" Was told no they were "bringing hot water"- they brought electric tea kettles full of hot water to heat it! (Should've left but given them the benefit of doubt) 4. No offer of the "free drink" (says it in the book, that was found behind the chair) 5. Got pedicure, toe nails were all different lengths, not symmetric or even close! Polish was uneven. Sharp edges, waited for them to fix, asked to even out polish and got "is good?" Didn't even try to smooth the edges or nail and after saying add another coat of polish, it was globbed on and had to ask for a top coat. Terrible. The only good thing I can honestly give in the review is the massage I got on my feet/legs was good. I understand there aren't many choices around this area as I am a visitor from out of state but locals speak up! Don't be scared, you're paying for a service. read more

Web page states they close at 8pm on Thursday. So does the sign on the door. I went in at 643pm to get a pedicure. Sent me to the back. Ran water for my feet. Began to very hurriedly remove my gel, scrub my feet, clip my nails, put some lotion on, painted my nails in under 20 minutes!!! I asked....."what time do you close?" She said 7pm. WHAT?! Proceeded to register where she rang up $57. Excuse me...not happening. Started yelling in Vietnamese and proceeded to tell me that I can in at 645pm. I'm aware! Door says 8.....website says 8. I said, I will Pay $10 for the get and a reasonable amount for your services. She then said $32. Much better but still wrong. My feet look just as bad as they did except for my now red toes. Clean, affordable and friendly. I only get pedicures and have had them in many establishments. This place is pretty darn good. Massage chairs, a large selection of regular and gel polish and design nails. They usually have a mani / pedi special and free WiFi and beverage. They do offer massage and waxing but I have not used those services. (I may in the future) My pedicure was awesome in my massage chair, with a foot and leg scrub with a massage and hot towel. All the things I LOVE in a pedicure and it is affordable. I never really care who does my service but I had a nice male this time and he gave a good strong massage... Loved It. read more

The woman I had MUST be new. Everything I asked for, the other technician had to make sure she understood. I asked for coffin, and did not receive. She didn't even make sure they were all the same length. I asked for my middle nail to be the nude color and she only did that on one hand?! (all while the other technician is talking to her trying to get her to understand.) they are very bumpy and so uneven at the tips. Never would recommend them. read more

Local nail salon that has changed hands many times. I went up for a BASIC PEDI which she (Kirsten) stated $30 then after the 1/2 hour crap job she rushed me to pay and leave. After I got home and looked at my receipt, I noticed it stated $41! I called up to clarify the charge to hear "no you pick (insert word) and it $35 and you get white tip so it $6 more.... whole nail polish is free". Basically, I was taken and overcharged for a rushed pedi with a white line across the top (French tip) and rudely rushed out. Explains why she covered up most of my receipt as I signed then pushed me out the door to take another victim. read more

Had an appointment for a mani-pedi and was thankful for that because there was double the amount of customers in the salon as employees. My thankfulness didn't last long as my mani-pedi was seriously rushed, the appointment only lasted 40 minutes for the two services! I am very displeased with the quality of my manicure and the overall service. Although the employees were nice, I will not be returning. read more

Loved my pedicure and the job they did and will defiantly be back. I didnt catch the name of the young man doing my pedicure but he was great. My first pedicure at this salon was fine. The girl who did it was quick and did a good job. I went in a few weeks later to have another pedicure and a gel manicure. I had a guy this time and he did my pedicure fine, but my manicure was horrendous. My cuticles are all cut up because he pushed them back too far and was very rough with the cuticle cutter. My nails were filed unevenly and too short. When it was time for the polish, he put on about 5 layers and was rushing. It looked sloppy and when I pointed out that there were little pieces of fuzz in the polish he told me there wasn't and continued to put more polish over it. I had paint all over my fingers and nail beds. After I paid I told the manager I couldn't go to work the next day with my nails looking the way they did. He fixed them for me and apologized, they look better than they originally did but still the polish job is sloppy and he really scraped my nails to get the gel polish off. I was not pleased with this experience and will not be going back. read more
