I called my stylist and asked if she or someone else could come fix my hair but she refused. She told it that it would be my responsibility to find (and pay) someone else to fix my hair. Her boss was supposed to call and she never did. This was the only thing I regret about my wedding day. Save yourself the stress and tears. Find another salon for the biggest, most important day of your life. They obviously don't care about it here.

Not happy about this considering I've been growing my hair out for a year and finally took the risk of a new stylist. Even so it's the overall lack of concern/acknowledgement from the salon that is making my actually write a review, and a poor reflection of the salon not the stylist (she can learn and improve at least).
