I called my stylist and asked if she or someone else could come fix my hair but she refused. She told it that it would be my responsibility to find (and pay) someone else to fix my hair. Her boss was supposed to call and she never did. This was the only thing I regret about my wedding day. Save yourself the stress and tears. Find another salon for the biggest, most important day of your life. They obviously don't care about it here.

Granted the stylist was new which I can be…read moreunderstanding of, however when I contacted the salon (via email) informing them of the extremely uneven cut, both in overall length and the layers length (1-1 1/2 inch difference creating a very distinguished shelf along with "strings" of long hair and very bulky) By email, I received no response what so ever, I didn't request any type of refund of the sort, but it would have been considerate to at least acknowledge the situation or even offer to fix it, now I must search for someone to fix this mess and lose even more length to try and even it out. Not happy about this considering I've been growing my hair out for a year and finally took the risk of a new stylist. Even so it's the overall lack of concern/acknowledgement from the salon that is making my actually write a review, and a poor reflection of the salon not the stylist (she can learn and improve at least).
