After 2 hours it almost done, but the nail looks a little bit dirty, so I asked why. The men from the store come to me and begin to yell then ask me to call the police. So I did. When the police come, another said I am lied about the time and the whole thing. It is ridiculous, I didn't come here to look for trouble, I just want to get my nails done. Anyway, I still paid for this terrible service. And when I ask a sorry from the man who yelled at me, he refused and start to take a video of me and maybe try to pretend I am the one who is rude after all the thing happened.

Notified the salon and they absolutely would not refund any of my money and stated only 2 other customers complained in 25 years of business and they've never refunded anyone. They claim the best they could do was to offer me the same services that I had already gotten elsewhere plus a toner. I definitely do not have confidence in going back to the same place that already messed up my hair to possibly mess it up further.
