I went up yesterday and he was told to repolish my nails when I got up to the desk, it cost me $74. I had just paid $50 last Wednesday. I told him that I didn't think that $74 was correct because he was just to fix my nails. He told me that he filled them for me. That's why it was so much I did not want them filled. They did not need filled. Anybody could see that from Wednesday till Friday. They would not have need needed filled. I will not go back they use their poor English to just take people for a ride so in less than a week time I gave the company $125 I will not be back. I will add that. I also had my toenails polished. That was part of the $74 that I did not mind paying I just got a tonail polish change nothing. else.

I made an appointment, but I did not get my pedicure started on time. I had an appointment for 10:00, but I am assuming around 9:45 6 people came in for pedicures and manicures for a 50th wedding bow renewal ceremony. I assume that they wanted to help them get in and get out before the ceremony. I feel this place is more of come, sign in, and wait nail salon...which is fine if you know ahead of time. I might try an appointment again, but when I have no plans and can wait.

When the police come, another said I am lied about the time and the whole thing. It is ridiculous, I didn't come here to look for trouble, I just want to get my nails done. Anyway, I still paid for this terrible service. And when I ask a sorry from the man who yelled at me, he refused and start to take a video of me and maybe try to pretend I am the one who is rude after all the thing happened.

The young guy who did my mani/pedi made a few of my nails crooked. He didn't use a hot towel for my pedi and didn't massage my arms/hands for the mani. Also, didn't use any type of oil to hydrate my nails and afterward they felt so dry. They don't seem to be concerned about the health of your skin or nails which is kind of the point of going to a salon. Very disappointing.

Ended up having to go elsewhere for a proper cut and a moisturizing treatment and then paid an additional $120 for new products to preserve and heal the condition of my hair. Notified the salon and they absolutely would not refund any of my money and stated only 2 other customers complained in 25 years of business and they've never refunded anyone. They claim the best they could do was to offer me the same services that I had already gotten elsewhere plus a toner. I definitely do not have confidence in going back to the same place that already messed up my hair to possibly mess it up further. These pictures were taken by the 3 stylists at the other salon who were appalled that the stylist who did my hair even had 20 years of experience and strongly advised me to get my money back. The last picture is the hair I lost after my first wash. The pictures speak for themselves.
