Ended up having to go elsewhere for a proper cut and a moisturizing treatment and then paid an additional $120 for new products to preserve and heal the condition of my hair. Notified the salon and they absolutely would not refund any of my money and stated only 2 other customers complained in 25 years of business and they've never refunded anyone. They claim the best they could do was to offer me the same services that I had already gotten elsewhere plus a toner. I definitely do not have confidence in going back to the same place that already messed up my hair to possibly mess it up further. These pictures were taken by the 3 stylists at the other salon who were appalled that the stylist who did my hair even had 20 years of experience and strongly advised me to get my money back. I was also happy about the hot chocolate, as it turned out to be a very cold day. The woman at the counter was very sweet, and she made small talk with us as we shopped. Doesn't mean I actually bought anything, but it doesn't hurt to compare prices. If they had the food I pick up for my feline, and it was cheaper, I would definitely pick it up here. What I discovered was that they don't have that comprehensive of a selection for cat food. Prices weren't that bad, but they didn't have my need. I did browse for other items while in here, but obviously did not come out of here with anything.
