I was in the water bath less than 5 minutes. THEN, she removed the old polish. She did not "clean" the toes. I had to ask her. She stated she had never done that . when she starTed the polish, it streaked something terrible. The polish was old and bubbled. I left her finish.! I spoke to the owner. She was very defensive. She didn't offer a discount or money back ! This fiasco cost me $60.00 !! Never again !!!

This lady didn't just trim his hair like he wanted , she buzzed his hair. I was not present during this time to say something because I dropped him off while I ran out for a bit to do some errands. My boyfriend wears glasses so yes he could at some point said something but he was told to take off his glasses and he couldn't see anything to tell her to stop. Overall my boyfriend received a bad haircut and is now upset.
