Nemacolin itself is a unique place. A luxury playground with a zoo, airplane hanger, golf course…read moregalore, clay shooting and basically whatever you want to do. However, while the spa was good, there just felt like something was missing. I will give it 4.5 stars if I could on Yelp. Not quite 5 stars. Price: $$$$ massages start at 300+ for 80 min and go upwards. Facials start at 250+ for men and 300+ for women and with add ons the price can climb quickly. Gratuity is added already but you can adjust after your service accordingly. Pros: very friendly staff, locker areas are clean. Showers are cleaned quickly after patrons use them. All the amenities you need to freshen up are provided and the robes are OH so soft. When you book a service, you have access to the pool, saunas and whirlpool. There is also a fireside lounge on the third floor where you can also reserve to relax in. Kim, the aesthetician that gave me my facial took the time to explain everything, was very thorough in evaluation of my skin and took my concerns in mind in her treatment. She didn't rush the appointment and made honest recommendations without trying to sell me any products. She was great! They have biologique recherche products, which provides another type of facial experience. Cons: really not too much. Would be nice to have a common waiting are for men and women, especially a couple waiting for treatments. Men's steam sauna was broken at the time. For the women's, there was a strong smell of chlorine in the Eucalyptus steam sauna. For such a luxury place, felt like these small details add up when you are paying 600+ for experiences. Likelihood of returning: high when at the resort again. However, it's not open to the public if you're not staying on the property.

The spa is insanely beautiful here! The moment you approach the building and see the zen garden out…read morefront you feel relaxed. Going through the automatic doors you can tell they put a lot of thought into the entire design of the spa. My friend and I arrived early for our massage so we could enjoy the pool. It was a beautiful day so we spent time at the outdoor pool. The pool is perfect! They have waiter service so you can get poolside drinks, snacks, and smoothies. When it was time to head in we put our robes and headed to the waiting area. The interior of the spa walking to the treatment room was beautiful. The water features are beautiful. They also have crystals all over the ceiling. My masseuse told me they literally take them down a few times a year and bury them to charge them. I'm not very into crystals, but if you are, I imagine this is something you would certainly appreciate. I really enjoyed every minute of my massage! This was probably one of the more expensive massages I have had, but if you arrive early or stay late and make the most of the spa it feels more worth it. The only room I feel like could have used an upgrade was the spa waiting room. I think some additional snacks and tea options would go far to just making the whole experience. I would certainly head back into the spa again the next time I'm at Nemacolin.

Wow! Another great Omni Spa!…read more The people are amazing! Heather at the front desk is friendly and organized! Paige did my facial and people are still commenting on my skins weeks later (I purchased a sunscreen lotion and a facial mask to continue the results). This spa has a wonderful mineral spring bath! The bathing experience is included when you book a spa service. There are separate mens and womens baths. Step 1 - Deluge shower- bigger and better than any home shower. The one I used was nice and clean and very powerful without hurting me. There is an eco-friendly large bottle of body wash and of course great towels everywhere. Step 2 - steam room 15 minutes to sit, enjoy the aromatherapy and rid yourself of toxins. Step 3 mineral bath - with or without jets (they are on a 15 minute timer and I enjoyed the water almost as much still as bubbling! Perfect temperature and again the bath was very clean. Step 4 - it took me a second visit but I did get in this one. It's a "cold pool" - at 75 degrees it was cold without being shocking and in the end I was glad I did it. The quiet room is LOVELY and comfortable with ample chaise lounges that face the garden, another person or a pretty view. Delicious snacks and hot tea with staff to assist and answer questions. There is also a lovely quiet garden with chaise lounges but it was hot so I didn't go outside. It definitely adds to the view from inside! I would highly recommend the spa and hope to return! Due to restrictions on cell phones (yeah!!!!) and the fact that it's like taking pictures in a bathroom I do not have any photos. The website photos are truly a great indicator of the spa and its amenities.

The hot stones followed by the cold stone was immensely enjoyable. The bath ritual available to anyone who purchases spa services was nice, if overcrowded for a Monday. Wish the steam room was bigger to accommodate for demand. The relaxation room with chaise lounges and pretty views was a highlight for me. - truly my only complaint is feeling a bit crowded in the bathhouse and relaxing room.

Been going to since she started out in my gym. I couldn't recommend a better to go for any massage…read moreor relaxing needs. Tracy had the best personality with a cozy place to get yourself treated at!

To start this was a surprise birthday gift; I've talked about wanting a hot stone massage for years…read moreand the hubby didn't disappoint. I was there February 4th 2023, so the outside of the building looked a little gray but once inside it was wonderful. You are welcomed with some ocean sounds and a beverage station; bottled water, hot tea and coffee selections. I walked up to the sign-in window and signed a waiver, and did my paper work then was politely ushered to the back. My therapist was Judie and she walked me to the room, instructed me on how much I should strip down, where I could put by things, how to lay on the table, and what she would be doing. This was my first time ever receiving a massage so the information was happily welcomed; I obviously am not a good listener though bc I forgot to take off my necklace and we had to stop to do that lol. Laying on the heated table I was a little intimidated as to what to do during this massage. I'm a talker when I'm nervous and I always feel weird not filling the silence; however, that nervousness soon flew away as the massage started. There was a pleasant noticeable smell in the room that was neutral, there was some meditative music playing in the background and of course Ms. Judie doing what she obviously does best. The oil she used felt warm and the rocks felt amazing. At first I thought they felt too hot but once Ms. Judie moved them around it was just pure relaxation. During the massage she checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable, of course I was...I was in utter bliss. Ms. Judie was gentle and sure with her movements, the amount of pressure used felt perfect. I don't know the words to describe how wonderful she did and how relax I felt throughout the whole session. After 90 minutes my time was over. She told me to take my time and take it easy when getting ready as I could feel light headed. I felt like a puddle, I was so relaxed, it was like its own high. I begrudgingly got dressed (lol) and met her out front to make my payment (well to meet my husband who gave me the money to make the payment lol). She gave me water, reminded me to drink up and that it was normal to feel hungry and get a headache after. I never got the headache but I felt sore the next day as if I had gone to the gym for an hour. The whole experience was amazing. Even though I live an hour away I may have to make this a more common thing. To wrap up....the facility on the outside is a little gray but the inside is clean and welcoming. The staff was polite and comforting, and knew what they were doing. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
