Last month while in Ebensburgh I popped into their Ebensburgh location to tan. I paid $26.00 for a single session only to discover that 16 bulbs were burnt out ! So when I went to leave I asked to speak to the manager and ( of course) she was not in. I told the clerk about my issue with the bulbs. The clerk was going to email her at the Richland location where she was for the day. So I called the Richland store and ( of course) she was on another call, but they assured me that she would call me when she was free . NOTHING!!! So the manager has now recieved an email and a call explaining my issue . So the next day I tried tbe Richland location and they said she was off , but she would be in to do spray tans . I explained my issue again to this clerk that I do not mind paying for a tan . I do and have paid $26.00 for a single session , but I do expect the bed to work correctly not to have 16 bulbs out . The clerk said she would tell her to call me , but she can't say if she will or not . Of course , no call. I reached out yet 1 more time to talk with her and nothing!! I am sorry , but as a consumer and the price of everything I expect that if I pay for something I should get what I pay for! I have told as many people as I can about this experience when they ask me where I go . Word of mouth is worth gold ! Wonder if the guy that owns the place is aware of how his manager treats people . I will never give them another dime of my money !
