I got dip nails for $40 plus $5 for Kelly to take off my existing dip polish. Kelly is a fabulous nail tech who takes special care making sure your nails are perfectly even and just what you want! I asked for a shape in between almond and oval and she did it perfectly! She listens to you and what you want. She was welcoming, kind and so fun to chat with. I appreciate that she was thorough, I didn't feel rushed. I felt very welcomed and I look forward to coming back again in a few weeks and will bring a friend next time! The bottom base color should overlap the top color not the other way around which is what happened with mine, they don't look horrible but they could've been a lot better by just doing that simple technique and I wanted square and the tips were a little on the round side for my liking and I specifically asked to make them really square. The uncleanliness of the facility is the biggest pet peeve I have. There was left over nail dust on all the stations and all over their containers and utensils. When I was asked to switch stations they never wiped down after the previous customer was just being serviced. Not only is that unsanitary, but with COVID still spreading it's scary.I want to go to a salon and feel clean not like I'm sticking my hands all over other peoples nail crud and having the fans blow dust on me. This is a smaller salon and every time I've been there hasn't had much volume so I don't see an excuse for the lack of cleanliness. And the last thing that I think needs work is their phone customer service every time I call to see if they have an opening for me it's ALWAYS been a smart, snide remark like ...oh, man how many people and how soon can U get here...is the most recent one.. the one before was we close at 7 (I called at 6:15 to see if they could take me) if u can get here in 10 minutes we can take u with an annoyed tone the entire time.
