Because there was no shortage of staff, I was seen quickly and my nails were done within 45 minutes. And my nails looked good! I can't remember the name of my tech, but she was quick and concise and gave me exactly what I wanted. All too often, nail techs do what they think is best without listening and that wasn't the case here. I was only in the McMurray area temporarily so I don't know if I'll be back soon, but if I am, this will definitely be my go to nail place!

My biggest pet peeve is if the nail artist makes the dip too thick and/or if any dip color gets left under or around the nails making it look sloppy. But no complaints here! I've come here quite a few times, and I've had great experiences. My mom referred me to this place, and she is very picky about who does her nails (based on cleanliness & skill). They place plastic protective bags in their pedicure bowls, and they use UV sanitation on all of their tools. This place is far from filthy. Becky is who my mom recommended me to, and she is lovely! She did a great job on my pedicure, and she took her time. I told her I'm pretty sensitive and super ticklish, and she was extra patient while she did my pedicure. Regular pedicures are $35, and gel manicures are $25. I considered posting a picture of my pedicure, but...nah that's weird. I promise it looks great.

It was over priced the nail tech was rude walked out in the middle of doing my nails and then came back, she also didn't do the French designed how I asked she said that what I wanted was a airbrush and no it wasn't. My nails are not coffin shape they look more square than anything. Very disappointed and how can you be a business owner and never answer your phone and then have a automated system that says there's no voicemail set up this is unprofessional, especially when you don't take walk ins and if you work. I have to make a trip all the way to the salon only to schedule a appointment which is a 25 to 30 minute drive and with the the cost of gas it's ridiculous. Plus I provided a $10 tip for nails that lifted in 4 days.
