My nails look so bad. I got a black French tip and the tip was too big. I asked to make them smaller and it showed the fake nail. I told him I didn't like them and just wanted them black. He didn't even paint my full nail, are different shapes, and my thumb is scuffed in my left hand, and bumpy. My little sister and mom got theirs done too. The same guy who did my mom's nails glued the fake tip nail on here finger and told him that he was hurting her. He tried to pull the nail off her finger with nothing to help. My little sister got hers done and found a hair in hers. I called when I got home and let them know about everything and asked for a refund and the hung up on me. I go to school at Robert Morris University and get my nails done in Pittsburgh for 50$ plus tip When I came back home I was hesitant on finding a place who could match my nail techs skill and price at the same time. I tried the ultra nails in Greensburg and they looked nice but I paid 80$ for nails which I believe to be outrageous. I tried this ultra nails in Latrobe and lemme tell you he really did a nice job! I paid 60$ plus tip but I guess that's just the price for the things I want around here. I will be returning! To add, they accept walk-ins and the salon is very very clean! read more

The guy that did my nails was too busy watching soccer on his iPad while doing my nails to even pay attention to what he was doing. He got nail glue and acrylic all over my hands, and my nails turned out being crooked. Not only was it a bad experience that I paid $75 for, but also my nails were already falling off in less than a weeks time after getting them done. I would not recommend getting your nails done here, and I will never go back. I have gone here a few times to get my nails done and every time, they ended up looking like total crap. This was the very last time that they will ever have me as a customer. Overall terrible service. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I came in for a full set. The man insisted I get white tips instead of clear even though I was getting polish on top. I said "I don't want french. I want all white nails, so I don't need white tips" he insisted these were better and said "I can put any color polish on top. These look better under polish." He started doing my nails and was putting the tips on crooked, which I brought up to him. He said it'll look fine once they're filed. Once he started filing I said again that they were crooked. He said "it's not my nails that are crooked. It's your crooked fingers. Some people have ugly hands, that's all. You probably have crooked toes too. Not my fault." A completely unprofessional comment. A large party came in and I could tell he started rushing. He tried to tell me that I should leave them french without the polish. I said no, and that I told him from the beginning I wanted ALL WHITE, not french. He said I shouldn't have agreed to white tips. I brought up the fact that he said he could put any polish on top of them, and he said I was wrong and he never said that. Then he told me I should learn to do my nails myself next time instead of complain. I couldn't believe how bad of an experience I had here. I shouldn't have paid, but I didn't want to fight. When I was checking out with another nail tech, he looked at my nails and I think he felt bad for me. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

I will never go back here. I asked for my acrylic nails to be taken off. The guy was running between me and two other people. Sat for an hour soaking my nails. When he took them off he didn't do so gently. My nails were hurting pretty bad. Never had this happen before. read more

My fiance went to get a mani pedi and thought the price would be 45 as on the sign. The whole time the men who did her nails showed awful customer service and did a poor job on her nails. When she was finished they told her the price would be 75 dollars. Her nails looked like she could of done a better job herself. She would never pay that much for nails (I don't know who would) and they should of told her the price upfront. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

My overall experience was not at all what i expected! My friends nail technician was AWFUL!!!! He did not pay attention to her wants and did whatever shape he was thinking. I normally get my nails done elsewhere, but was in the area so I decided to treat myself to a full set. The place is nice. It's well lit and clean. I ended up with a young man, who I think was new :( The tips he chose for my nails were too wide. Honestly, some were wider than my finger itself. He also kept the acrylic paper thin. I like thin acrylics, but this was barely there. When he was gluing the tips on, some weren't even attached and more sitting there half raised. I sat for over 20 minutes at the drying station. The older lady (whom had lots of appts and must have been good as she seemed busy) came over and checked them. She told me I was good. I left and went next door to starbucks to close on a house I'd sold. (Adding this so you can see I wasn't out washing dishes or anything!). Sat there for probably another hour. The nails should have been good and dry at this point. I then drove the 30 minutes home. Later in the day I noticed all of my nails were a mess. The polish was bubbled and rubbed off. I used non acetone polish to take it off and paint them again. The bottoms of the nails at this point, still on day one, were lifting. I used drops of glue hoping to secure the peeling edges. Yesterday was a week. I ended up taking the 6 that hadn't fallen off , off. They didn't even make it to a fill in. I'm bummed. $30 down the drain. I don't want to dis the place totally as I think probably some of the staff do a good job. My guy- however- did not. I should have spoke up when I was there. Lesson learned. So if you do go and you get the guy who's station is right beside the sink, speak up if he's not doing it right! read more

Very disappointed with the pedicure that I received... Since when did pedicures not involve getting a little lotion massaged into the skin on your feet?? Oh and the polish... I honestly could have done much better myself!! It honestly looks like a 5 year old learning how to color inside the lines painted my toe nails!! I also decided to get a fill in for my acrylic nails... Even worse decision... Asked the guy to cut them down a little... He ended up grinding the tip of my thumb off.. No joke!! The nail on my thumb is much shorter than the rest and the acrylic just looks like shit!! He tried to say he was finished... Not so fast.. Underneath my nail he had left behind some of the acrylic and was just going to leave it there.. Oh no he had to clean it up a little!! Once again the paint looked worse than when I do it myself!! I have to say I will not return here!! Very very disappointed!!!! Seemed like the guy was more interested in checking the scores of some kind of sports games on his cell phone rather than making a decent tip and a customer happy!! read more
