Easy to miss this place but hard to forget . Excellent home made pulled noodles with deep beef broth that's hearty and rich in flavor. You want to know if a Taiwanese style noodles place is good? Check out their chili oil. Right away you can tell it's house made as well with deep roasted chili flavors with fresh sesame seeds too. Overall excellent and the wings were perfectly cooked with moist meat to complement the outer crispy texture. I can't believe some people have the nerve to leave a review saying the noodles are chewy ! That's so laughable as they have no clue what they're talking about . Of course hand made noodles are supposed to more chewy especially if knife cut . Ignore those opinions . In a city that's most caters to generic tourist palate this place is a gem

Can't say enough good things about this restaurant! On this visit to Orlando, we went to wonderful handful noodles two nights in a row. Even when we're not in Orlando, this restaurant comes up very regularly and our conversation wishing we could stop by. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is very clean. It's interesting to see them make the noodles right in front of you anytime we visit OrlandoThis is a must do on our list.

With this cold weather, anything soup related sounds good. I decided to do delivery. Ordered the scallion pancakes, which was light and good. They weren't too thick and the scallions didn't overpower. Then the beef shanks noodle bowl. The noodles were nice and bouncy. The broth was delicious and the meat was cooked perfectly with a good amount of bokchoy. Nothing was needed to be added to the soup. I will definitely order from here again

We accidentally found this hand pull noodle place because we Yelped DOLLAR TREE which is right next door! The restaurant was view and cozy so we decided to order for take out... BEEF NOODLE SOUP BRISKET: 8/10 Flavor of the broth was not salty and was not bland. The noodles are a bit chewy and not the texture of what fresh noodles would taste like. Decent and will satisfy your craving... MUSHROOM SALAD: 9/10 I enjoyed the salad and it was not spicy but do be cautious of those little red peppers!! DUMPLINGS: 8/10 It wasn't as flavorful as it looked but, it will satisfy a dumpling... SCALLION PANCAKES: 7/10 was ok Not bad... SERVICE: EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Very friendly and welcoming!! Best wishes for much success you were WONDERFUL HAND PULLED NOODLE!!!!

We stopped here for lunch during a break from Universal Studios and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the beef noodle soup, stir-fried chicken noodles, fried chicken wings, and dumplings--everything was fresh and flavorful. It was fun watching the chef hand-pull the noodles right in front of us, too. Service was friendly and quick, and the restaurant is only about a 15-minute drive from the park. It made for a perfect escape to enjoy authentic Chinese food without the high theme-park prices. Highly recommend!

Had a great dining experience. The black fungus has appropriate Sichuan tingle! Easy to miss. The service was timely, 821 order out in and food started to arrive at 835. For house noodle soup it was one egg, three shrimp and five pieces of beef, maybe not the most but I was hungry and devoured it for 16.95; the taste is correct. Ambiance was alright, looks like what it should look like. Loved the hand pull noodles! They're longer and a bit inconsistent but that's part of the charm. Hoping to come back soon!

Fresh noodles made to order! Everything was absolutely delicious! We were looking for Asian near universal and found this gem! Super fast serious and delicious food!

Wonderful and delicious! Coming from Jersey, especially up North, we don't have the opportunity to taste authentic Chinese / Asian cuisine. This was one of our first meals after flying and it was just what we needed to restore the soul. Started with pork and shrimp wontons in soup and then got the braised beef hand pulled noodle soup. The soup broth was so flavorful and tasty and the wontons had a good blend of shrimp and pork. The hand pulled noodle and beef was so soft and tender. Really enjoy the chewiness of the noodles without having it be a burden. Absolutely loved this meal and the service was outstanding. We were offered food scissors for our little one and the servers were very interactive with him. Definitely give this place a visit when you're in town for Disney!

Spent the day in Orlando as the shopping is better here. The Wife was looking for dresses for an upcoming wedding. We were tired and hungry. Off to Yelp to find something new, different and exciting. The name alone had us interested. Reviews were good so off we went. The restaurant was pretty packed. Probably about 20 tables that are mostly full. We waited for about 10 minutes to get a table. Soon enough we were seated. A scan of the menu and we made our selections. We ordered the scallion pancake with beef, fries dumplings, and cucumber with peanuts as an appetizer. And we decided to share the house noodles with beef, chicken and shrimp. The restaurant could use another person or two to wait on tables. Service was a little slow. Plus they brought out our appetizers after our main entree. The house noodles were excellent. The noodles alone are worth the trip. One order can feed 2. We also loved the cucumber and peanut appetizer. Nice and refreshing. A good palate cleanser between dishes. The scallion pancake was tasty. Dumplings were good but nothing special. While we didn't sit that close, we did get the opportunity to watch the masters pulling the noodles. Dinner and a show! Great food and experience. Service is good but could be better. One warning... This is in a strip mall on Turkey Lake. Making a left can be challenging with Orlando's traffic in the area

The place is nice casual and very busy. Service was good. I really enjoyed watching the guy toss and twist the noodle dough. He was very skilled and I found watching him make noodles was entertaining and pretty cool to watch how the dough breaks into noodle strands. This place is delicious from the broth to the noodles itself. The appetizers were absolutely distinct and savory too. Small place and very busy. Be prepared to wait at times. We had the noodles as a stir fry and with the broth. Everyone loved it as a soup. The fried rice is really good too. Definitely a place to come back too.

This place was great! You can see them making the Hand pulled noodles from your table. The portions are large enough to share. We got the beef noodle soup, veggie stir fry, crab Rangoon, and scallion pancakes. If you've never hand these noodles, keep in mind they are very long. We needed to ask for a knife to help cut them up a bit for sharing.

Who wants hot ramen soup when it is so hot in the summer? Me but also a lot of others because this restaurant was busy their grand opening weekend. I can understand the buzz because the brisket ramen was one of the best I have tasted. I ordered online the brisket ramen and the cucumbers. There is a $1 convenience charge for ordering online. It is a very easy interface and the tip defaults but you can adjust it. The A7.Cucumbers were 8.95 and you get about a cup and a half of diced cucumbers. Cucumbers, scallions, cilantro and stems in a marinade of what tasted like miso and some soy. Not spicy at all so I loved them. The S3.Braised Beef Brisket Noodle Soup is 15.95. The broth is outstanding and it comes with Beef, Bok choy, scallions, cilantro and hand pulled noodles. This was some of the best ramen I have had in a long time. The only downside is the pieces of beef in my soup had a lot of cartilage which I don't eat. More than a couple pieces so that is why this is a 4 star review. The portion was enough for two meals for me. When I picked up my to go order the owner and the person giving me my food told me to separate the noodles. I was not sure what they meant but I was hangry and left. I arrived past my pickup time so my bad. When I got home I found a large container of broth and the solid contents in a separate container. This is good because if you can't eat it all at once it won't get soggy. I came to understand the hand pulled noodles were in a ball in the container kind of like a mess of spaghetti. I pulled a group out added the other accompaniments and some broth and zapped it for 30 seconds. It was great soup even on a hot evening. One thing to note is if you order online, make a note of your order number. They asked for mine and I had no clue. I guess that is to make sure you get the proper order. Right now (6/25) the building signage says 'Taste of Asia' but there is a paper sign in the window that says 'Wonderful Noodles.' Also this is only a couple doors down from 'Boiled Fish' restaurant. You could get both to go and have a diverse meal. The restaurant has tables and booths. I would say more small tables and about 4 booths. Even though they were busy, there tables available. I plan to go back and try their scallion pancakes and the pork and cabbage soup.

If you're looking for authentic hand-pulled noodles with incredible chew and flavor, this is the place to go. Relatively newly-opened, there's no question as to where your noodles are being made as there's a gentleman constantly making them for orders. Watching him for a few minutes, it's clear that making the hand-pulled noodles is deeply familiar to him and is muscle memory at this point. Every noodle dish is made on the spot, the rhythmic pounding of the dough a constant companion to your dining experience. I usually favor beef noodle soup, but thankfully our family also ordered stir-fried noodles to try. The flavor on the stir-fried noodles was unlike anything I'd experienced before - complex and nuanced. The portion sizes are huge, too, so if you're not typically a big eater, the stir-fry noodle dish is enough to share. The beef was incredibly tender and delicious, a perfect pairing with the thick, chewy noodles. We tried their green onion pancake as well and it was light, flaky, crispy, and flavorful. Don't forget to add some of their homemade hot sauce to your dish if you want a little kick as well. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and bustling with activity. Have no doubt that this will continue as word continues to spread regarding how delicious their food is. Definitely a must-try!

My Go to here is the Tonkotsu Black Ramen, but I have had the others and never a bad experience. There is something really welcoming about Jinya. I suspect they treat there staff well and hire the right people. Everytime I am here I feel like they are over staffed, but there are plenty of tables inside and out in this intimate venue. I also tried the Impossible meat bao, but the texture of the meat was a bit too firm or overcooked for my liking, especially paired with the soft bao bun. That said, I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu, as there are so many options to choose from. Our server, Carl, was very friendly and attentive. I visited on a Friday evening, and the ambiance was relaxed yet lively, with plenty of groups enjoying dinner or drinks at the bar.

I love that the noodles are made in house so I wanted to try the ramen of course. I got the Richie Rich ramen which was tasteful but I wish you could choose to add some spice in it. Still great though. My sister got the tonkotsu with black garlic and she almost ate the entire thing. Also got some shishito peppers and that was also just as good as everything else. I kept seeing the lychee martini being ordered to I got that and it was as good as everyone mentioned. I don't feel they do a great job explaining their menu to people who are unfamiliar with udon, especially cuz there are no pictures for them to see what they're ordering. It was fine for me as I'm super familiar with Japanese food. We got tempura udon, which is something I've been craving, and they did a great job. I highly recommend it. We didn't feel like a cocktail so I got an iced tea and he got a viet coffee but they served it in a cocktail glass so it was such a small amount... def shoulda been served in a tall glass, cuz why do I have to be slowly sipping that c'mon. Perfect chewy texture, what Taiwanese would call "QQ" I realized after my second visit that I still have not tried an udon with hot broth. I've tried the Spicy Miso Tan-Tan Udon, which was quite tasty, although a little on the richer/heavier side. I have also tried the Mentaiko Tsukimi Udon which was refreshing in the cold broth. The Viet Coffee with sesame foam and crushed sesame seeds was hard to drink. I loved the initial flavors but the foam got a little greasy and clumpy when mixed with the crushed sesame seeds, particularly toward the second half of the coffee. I wouldn't order it again. But first, the ambiance is perfection! The spot is busy, but they control the crowd so it never feels too crazy. The music is moody, but luckily not too loud. I would definitely say get in earlier in the night so you miss the wait, but, waiting might be part of the allure. We started with the gyoza, and these were unreal. Perfectly cooked, super consistent, packed with flavor. I just wish they brought out about three more orders without us asking. That's the only problem...you'll want way more than you get. The crab and corn croquettes had this awesome crunch right out of the gate, and the flavor was spot on. Whatever sauce they serve with it takes the whole thing up another level, don't skip that bite. The Japanese fried chicken was just solid all around. Juicy, great breading, but what really stood out was the seasoning sprinkled on top. It sounds simple, but it's not, sprinkle it on everything! Then came the crab fried rice...hands down the best fried rice I've had in Orlando. Big chunks of crab (not those tiny flakes you have to hunt for), great portion, and just really well balanced. This one alone is worth the return trip. The scallop crudo felt like summer on a plate. Bright, lemony, super fresh. Maybe a touch salty for me personally, but still something I'd order again without hesitation. We also did the beef and pork belly skewers--both good, but the beef edged it out. If you go that route, get the chimichurri. Overall, this place just gets it: fun atmosphere, thoughtful food, and dishes you actually remember after you leave. Already trying to figure out when we can go back...because this definitely needs to be in the regular rotation.
