Ummm why didn't I come here sooner? Noodles and more noodles because that's what they are doing right in sooo many ways like how can you go wrong? So their noodles in the braised beef brisket soup where beyond good like the flavor was packed with goodness from the start and those noodles were some of the best ones I've ever had with this soup being super yummy like it was just so good! The stir fry noodles I believe it was the house special one we got with chicken, shrimp, and beef in it was outstanding like we both were blown away by how good it was definitely packed with flavor in each bite soo good that honestly I'd come back for just this with that delicious soup being a bonus! Our service was awesome super friendly staff and a chill vibe inside turning out stellar noodles in every bite! We passed by this place while driving and decided to come back for lunch. It sits near the Walmart on Sand Lake. Service was great and we were well tended to. Potstickers: 5/5, delish and cooked well Szechuan style wontons: 5/5, best thing there. So flavorful and filling was big! First visit to Wonderful Hand Pulled Noodle today for lunch. We ordered the Crab Rangoon ($8.95) as an appetizer and for main courses we ordered House Stir Fry Noodles with beef, chicken and shrimp ($17.95), Vegetables & Egg Stir Fry Noodles ($14.95) and Vegetable Noodle Soup ($12.95). The crab Rangoon was tasty and was served with 6 pieces. The Vegetable Noodle Soup was served in what I will describe as a "family" bowl...it was huge. This was tasty and the vegetables were cooked just right and tasted fresh. The Vegetable and Egg Str Fried Noodles were also very good and plentiful. The House Stir Fried Noodles was plentiful, the noodles were great.....the downfall was the quality of the chicken and beef. I definitely left a lot of chicken and beef in the plate and don't need to order those meats again. The shrimp was tasty and prepared correctly. Drinks are bottled, which is also not my favorite. I drink brewed unsweet tea and this was not an option. They did offered bottled tea but....just no. Service is friendly and as attentive as we wanted. There are quite a few tables in the dining room and only indoor seating is offered which is just fine. I will definitely return for these tasty fresh made noodles. Spring break 2026 - Orlando FL We're always on a hunt for trying new noodle places and I came across this place on Google map. So here we are! It's the fresh hand-pulled noodles that got my attention so it was a must try while we're in town! It's a busy place when we came at night for dinner but luckily didn't wait too long. Service is quick and good. They don't have hot tea so water will do. You can see the chef making the hand-pulled noodles in the back corner too! Pretty amazing work. I know we all have our own opinions and I understand that mine may not align with others but my honest take here is that... Walala is much much better overall in quality of food. Slap noodles is great and much better taste as well especially their lamb cumin one! But... This place.... The broth felt cheap, like an instant broth and it tasted as such. Wonderful and delicious! Coming from Jersey, especially up North, we don't have the opportunity to taste authentic Chinese / Asian cuisine. This was one of our first meals after flying and it was just what we needed to restore the soul. Started with pork and shrimp wontons in soup and then got the braised beef hand pulled noodle soup. The soup broth was so flavorful and tasty and the wontons had a good blend of shrimp and pork. The hand pulled noodle and beef was so soft and tender. Spent the day in Orlando as the shopping is better here. The Wife was looking for dresses for an upcoming wedding. We were tired and hungry. Off to Yelp to find something new, different and exciting. Soon enough we were seated. A scan of the menu and we made our selections. We ordered the scallion pancake with beef, fries dumplings, and cucumber with peanuts as an appetizer. And we decided to share the house noodles with beef, chicken and shrimp. The restaurant could use another person or two to wait on tables. Service was a little slow. Plus they brought out our appetizers after our main entree. The house noodles were excellent. The noodles alone are worth the trip. One order can feed 2. We also loved the cucumber and peanut appetizer. Nice and refreshing. A good palate cleanser between dishes. The scallion pancake was tasty. Dumplings were good but nothing special. While we didn't sit that close, we did get the opportunity to watch the masters pulling the noodles. Dinner and a show! Great food and experience. Service is good but could be better. One warning... Growing up in NY, one of my favorite places to eat in Chinatown was a shop called Tasty Hand Pulled Noodles which served knife hand pulled dishes of all sorts. I miss it truly and moving to Orlando, FL it has been hard to get authentic noodles until I stumbled upon Wonderful Hand Pulled Noodle. Walking in it was not busy at all, it was just my family and I but the staff were all super nice, attentive and friendly. I ordered the house special noodles and the texture, portion and taste were incredible for the average price. I felt back at home and this is going to be my new favorite spot nearby my place! Who wants hot ramen soup when it is so hot in the summer? Me but also a lot of others because this restaurant was busy their grand opening weekend. I can understand the buzz because the brisket ramen was one of the best I have tasted. I ordered online the brisket ramen and the cucumbers. There is a $1 convenience charge for ordering online. It is a very easy interface and the tip defaults but you can adjust it. The A7.Cucumbers were 8.95 and you get about a cup and a half of diced cucumbers. Cucumbers, scallions, cilantro and stems in a marinade of what tasted like miso and some soy. Not spicy at all so I loved them. The S3.Braised Beef Brisket Noodle Soup is 15.95. The broth is outstanding and it comes with Beef, Bok choy, scallions, cilantro and hand pulled noodles. This was some of the best ramen I have had in a long time. The only downside is the pieces of beef in my soup had a lot of cartilage which I don't eat. More than a couple pieces so that is why this is a 4 star review. The portion was enough for two meals for me. When I picked up my to go order the owner and the person giving me my food told me to separate the noodles. I was not sure what they meant but I was hangry and left. I arrived past my pickup time so my bad. When I got home I found a large container of broth and the solid contents in a separate container. This is good because if you can't eat it all at once it won't get soggy. I came to understand the hand pulled noodles were in a ball in the container kind of like a mess of spaghetti. I pulled a group out added the other accompaniments and some broth and zapped it for 30 seconds. It was great soup even on a hot evening. One thing to note is if you order online, make a note of your order number. They asked for mine and I had no clue. I guess that is to make sure you get the proper order. Right now (6/25) the building signage says 'Taste of Asia' but there is a paper sign in the window that says 'Wonderful Noodles.' Also this is only a couple doors down from 'Boiled Fish' restaurant. You could get both to go and have a diverse meal. The restaurant has tables and booths. I would say more small tables and about 4 booths. Even though they were busy, there tables available. The restaurant is very clean and organized. Our waitress was beyond nice and helped us with ordering and then packing our left overs. The food was as amazing. We unexpectedly got a chance to stop in here again, and it's still delicious! (It was also a lot busier, so thanks Orlando for holding down the fort ) My MIL was with us and got scallion pancakes (perfectly crispy and chewy), pot stickers, and chicken fried rice. We could see the chefs truly pulling them by hand and making them. The last time we saw this technique was in Taiwan.
