After reviewing other quotes, I hired Nathan and set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job on my windows! I don't even think I realized how dirty those darned windows were, but the difference was impressive. I was so impressed with Nathan that I booked him for next weekend to come clean my roof. The house was empty the first day and on the second day we moved in our items. The first day Jacob and his colleague completed the inside of my stove, and two out of the three restrooms cleaned. That was a total of 3 hours and 52 minutes before they called it a quits for the day. They both came back the following day August 27th,2022, and worked for 7hours and 48 minutes on the house. What was completed on this day was the kitchen fridge, third restroom, oven was cleaned underneath and behind, and MOST of the cabinets in the kitchen were finished. Jacob stated he could come back the following day to finish everything up. I was a bit shocked that he suggested to come back another day. After seeing that everything throughout the house still looked the same. My floors and baseboards never got cleaned. Total they worked about 11 hours. Jacob did make sure to tell me that he did not charge me for their breaks and lunch break. I did however pay him $646 and have a remaining balance of $179. My partner advised him we would NOT be paying the remaining balance. Jacob was not to happy about that so he texted me saying that if he does not receive his payment he will be posting in the local business page my address and details of people who do not pay for services. The services that you advertise online and what I requested were not met. Now my family and I have to take care of it ourselves. Lesson learned. Never again!
