And finally they are here! Our hearts our warm, our taste buds are thrilled and our tummies are probably a little too full! Crumbl has great cookies and we love how they change it up every week. At our local Clay location it was an easy and great experience. The place is sugary sweet in looks and smell, while holding a nice energy when you walk inside. The staff was great and were clearly working hard. I highly recommend using the app or website to order ahead and using their check in system. There is a small board inside that lists a few names of orders they are working on and that helps knowing how close you may be to getting your order. They are expensive cookies, no doubt about that and may be best to moderate for both your wallet and sweet tooth. While if you can take the leap over in awhile, I highly recommend scoping out the flavors of the week and giving their rendition of your favorites a try. Enjoy!!

Like that you can now get the smaller cookies that had been for catering or where you had to buy a large number of cookies. I will definitely be back for those but was dying to try the Birthday Cake thin cookies and knew with the heat the frosting probably would hold up and had no room in my freezer at home for the pack of the small cookies. Unfortunately, had a number of errands yet to run so will plan on small signature pink cookies soon. Was surprised that Crumbl for single cookies moved from boxes to bags but it worked as I knew I would be hitting that bag when I got to my car as my purpose was to get a quick afternoon sweet fix. This coming from someone who has a super large sweet tooth. Here is some information I gathered during my visit: Parking - small open lot in front of the shop but they have additional parking in the back. I stopped by on a Thursday around lunch and three other cars were in the front lot. Service - this shop doesn't seem offer a dine-in experience, it's more of a grab and go. The blonde lady behind the counter was cordial and helpful in my selection. Food - as soon as I walked in I noticed the glass cases full of delicious looking pastries. I practiced self control and only purchases one cookie. For lunch I bought the stuffed bread (their lunch special) with pepperoni. That stuffed bread can definitely feed three people. Price - my stuffed bread plus raspberry cookie all came out to $7.95 with tax. This is extreme reasonably priced considering how big the stuffed bread is. I'll definitely be coming back to try some more pastries.

The service today was quite slow, even though I ordered ahead I waited in line behind only 2 people for over 10 minutes. I'm assuming they're short staffed so I get it but hope they can get some help because if they were busy there would be some very upset customers. The inside is nice and relaxing with a smaller amount of seating, and the store appeared cleaned and organized. The lady whom I believe is the owner brought my food out and was polite. Service is an issue everywhere with the lack of help so I'm not letting that play much part in my review as sometimes the management just can't help they're short staffed and I hope others take this in account.
