What followed was 33 days of "we can't pay you until the title arrives" -- even though my lender confirmed in writing on 7/30 that the loan was paid in full. I'm an Army veteran and I handled this the right way: calls, patience, follow-ups, numerous conversations with their manager Mike. The day I said I'd had enough, his position was still that I could go to the DMV myself or wait another three weeks. Dismissive from start to finish. On 8/27 I showed up in person with the lender's paid-in-full letter. Only then did they hand over my check -- dated 7/27, two days after the sale. It existed nearly the whole time they were telling me they couldn't pay. The car had already been resold. (Keep-or-cut sentence:) Nothing in the bill of sale I signed conditions payment on the title. If you sell them your car, demand a payment date in writing. Every date above is documented.

There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

I am in the middle of finding out who did the inspection because I will be turning them in for falsify records. So many promises made; however, they were just lies to move you along. I bought a BMW from this "dealership" and as soon as I got it home, airbag lights, seatbelt lights, check engine light and front headlight malfunction lights all came on. The hard shell convertible top is even leaking! The owner promised to fix it; however, it was a lie. Car Experts Groups is a total sham and they scam people intentionally. I paid cash for the car and now I have to spend well over $3,000 to hopefully fix the oil pan, gaskets, drain the oil because the wrong oil was put in the car! (How ignorant can you be to do that!), replace seals to prevent leaks, install an entire underbody protection kit because the vehicle is missing the protector for the cables going from the engine to the battery. These are just the mechanical issues that I know of yet. The headlight mechanism is $1,200 and I haven't even gotten a quote on the airbag and seatbelt lights, that is something BMW will have to do. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! Liars and thieves! I don't know how people like this sleep at night....

Within about 5 miles of pickup, the truck began losing power and shutting down. Metro Ford diagnosed a major fuel-system failure with metal fragments throughout the system. My final repair bill was $15,156.38. Given how quickly it failed and the extent of the contamination, I believe the failure had already begun before the truck was shipped, although I cannot prove exactly when it started. I tried to resolve this privately. My salesman, Fabio, told me I would receive a $500 check and a $900 maintenance plan. Neither arrived. Management later offered to repair the truck in Dallas, but that offer came on September 3, 2026 -- after the truck had already been repaired and billed locally on August 31. I asked Certified Autoplex to contribute $4,500 toward a repair bill exceeding $15,000. We were unable to reach an agreement. I am not claiming they knew the truck would fail. I am stating what happened. Nearly $26,000 for the truck. About 5 miles of driving. $15,156.38 in repairs. Prospective buyers can decide for themselves whether this was handled appropriately.
