They were professional, and the windows were cleaned using an ionized/purified water system rather than the traditional manual method. I gave the service 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because this was also my first experience with this type of window-cleaning process. While I can see how the purified-water system can make the cleaning process more efficient, I personally didn't feel the finished results were quite as detailed as having the windows cleaned manually with traditional tools. There were some areas where I felt a little more hands-on attention would have produced a better finished result. That said, the overall service was good, and I was satisfied with the experience. I would use Tidal Wave Window Cleaning again, but I would probably request some additional manual detailing in areas that need extra attention.

They are both consummate professionals that I have truly come to think of as friends rather than just service people! Raymond's expert knowledge of all types of carpeting and flooring is what makes me say this. Raymond also has the Best Truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment available that he keeps perfectly maintained. We have a high quality nylon carpeting that has fared for so long and looks so great because of Raymonds Expert care. Raymond like myself takes great pride in himself and in his business. He is not the type of Carpet cleaners that I once dealt with in apartment complexes that I maintained....They come in, Soak your carpets and leave without taking the time (or because of lousy equipment) to vacuum as much moisture back out of the carpet as Possible....Leaving you with wet carpets that can sometimes take several days to dry, depending on weather conditions. Raymond did my carpets this past Monday and I was really concerned about how long they would take to dry as my wife has been very ill and I did not want to leave all of the windows and doors open as she would be freezing because of her weakened condition. Raymond went out of his way to insure that he extracted as much moisture as possible so that our carpets would dry quickly. I put fans on the long hallway carpet and was elated to find that after just an hour and a half the carpet was dry. All of the carpet was dry by the end of the day. I had mentioned above that we have high quality nylon carpeting which contributes to how well it cleans.....reason being is that I have a friend that I recommended Raymond to who was not happy because all of the soil was not removed from a hallway that he cleaned. He had explained to her that the carpet was an inexpensive Polyester material which was very difficult to clean and that all of the soil might not come out. It did not, yet Raymond redid it and made every effort to get the soil out, however inexpensive Polyester carpet just does not clean well. Raymond is a through professional yet he can not perform miracles. His professionalism will not compensate for the quality of the carpet he cleans or for carpet that has not been well maintained in between cleanings (I recommend semi-annual cleaning) or have gone way too long between cleanings. No, I am not related to Raymond or Anita, nor am I compensated for the above review......I pay the same reasonable price that you will for a quality job by a professional who is also a friendly, good person and a privately owned, business operator.
