He texted before and explained everything well when he got here, with before and after photos. After having them repair/replace my aging rain gutters (preventing downspout clogging and costly damage to my house exterior), I later decided to have them clean all of the exterior and interior glass of the house. Gutter Patrol helped me with a number of things. I initially reached out as a tree fell and smashed my gutter a bit so I needed it repaired. We first contacted GutterPatrol back in late 2020. Eric came out and gave us several options for our house. He explained the different types of gutter that were available, the price ranges, and his recommendations. He was also good at guiding us regarding which sections he could repair, and which sections he recommended replacing. He did the work on schedule and on budget and it was a pleasure to deal with both Eric, and Amanda in their office. The finished job looked great, and worked well. I'm embarrassed that I didn't leave a review here at that time. Why I'm writing the review now: A month or so ago I noticed that one of the new sections of downspout had separated and was out of alignment. I took a photo and emailed it to Amanda and asked for a quote to come out and repair it. Even though the work was done more than a year prior, and I wasn't expecting any warranty, she said it would be no charge, and no problem. We had a separation of about six inches on our rear upper gutter for approximately twenty five feet on our second floor. I tried several gutter companies who thought the job was too small or they would only work on damage to the first floor or would give me an appointment for a week or so out. Then I called Gutter Patrol. From the receptionist to the serviceman who came out after his job for the day to check the damage. They were professional, thoughtful and kind.
