I have benefitted from the great work of Gutter Patrol cleaning and gutter maintenance for a few years, and this spring I added window cleaning as well as cleaning the 'exterior' of the gutters, which Gutter Patrol recommended--so worthwhile. The window cleaning was remarkable--I have had window cleaning in the past but nothing compares to the professional and stunning results achieved by Gutter Patrol. The views are so wonderful, I do not want to use the blinds or shades! And the exterior gutter cleaning makes my gutters look like new. Highly recommended, truly professional, and responded to particular needs of my windows with, as noted, amazing results. i read more

Be cautious of a low bid, site unseen, followed by your acceptance, firm fixed scheduling, only to have them arrive on time to let you know that they UNDER BID significantly and will be increasing their quote accordingly. There's little doubt they do great work from their numerous string references and Yelp scoring, so perhaps this was an isolated incident, though an incident that inconveniences this Yelper considerably. read more

I had a few different companies come out and give me estimates to fix my gutter issue, and Hayden at GutterPatrol & WindowShine came up with the best solution at a reasonable price. Hayden was absolutely terrific to work with. The whole process of receiving the estimate, approving it, and scheduling a day to do the work was seamless. Hayden showed up on time and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company for all your gutter needs. read more

We have used Gutter Patrol several times over the past few years - to clean our gutters, to clean our windows and screens, to replace our gutters, and most recently to clean our roof. In every instance we have been more than satisfied. The work performed has been excellent; the field technicians are considerate and clear communicators; and the office and administrative operations (scheduling, billing and web pages) function smoothly and efficiently. Amanda and Eric run a fine customer-oriented business. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Dont bother... an estimate was scheduled 4 days in advance. Waited for an hour during the predetermined window after leaving work early... for a no show ! I recieved a text 4 hours later after emailing "No Show today?" 5 stars reviews ? ... but not this time. A missed opportunity. read more

GP has done excellent work with my home. After having them repair/replace my aging rain gutters (preventing downspout clogging and costly damage to my house exterior), I later decided to have them clean all of the exterior and interior glass of the house. They did a phenomenal job, especially considering some of non-standard and difficult to reach areas they had to access. They really went the extra mile, going above and beyond my expectations, even doing a couple of extra things beyond what was expected. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend them! read more

Had them out to clean our solar panels since it hasn't been done for a couple years. Was kept informed about our appointment, and the tech Matt was awesome. He texted before and explained everything well when he got here, with before and after photos. I checked our generation afterwards, and am getting around 4-5 more kWh a day since, so it was really helpful to get them cleaned. This company is professional, detailed and family-owned! Pay by credit card was great too. I highly recommend! read more

Updated review and still five stars! What an awesome job Hayden, Eric and their other did! They removed and replaced about 35 ft of gutter. Clean and efficient work. They hauled away the old gutter and left the place spotless. This service also included inspecting and cleaning all the other gutters. On time, priced fairly and very professional work. The estimate was spot on with the final bill. They are my go to people when it comes to any repair or cleaning in the future. Thanks again to Hayden and Eric. read more

Love GutterPatrol! It was so easy to schedule the appointment and the team that came out to clean our gutters was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue, got it fixed and cleaned all of our gutters - which now drain perfectly! There's a reason this company gets great reviews... they deserve it. Amanda was prompt and friendly in returning my call, even during their busiest season. They were actually able to provide the service on the same day, working us in as they were nearby at another home. Extremely conscientious about our property and clean up, they cleared the gutters, made sure the downspouts were cleared and fixed a problem that another company had not taken care of. We definitely recommend and will be repeat customers ourselves. read more

Gutter Patrol helped me with a number of things. I initially reached out as a tree fell and smashed my gutter a bit so I needed it repaired. Once Eric came by to look at the gutter, we discussed cleaning the gutters, installing gutter guards, cleaning the roof and power washing the decks. We went ahead with all of it. We are so pleased with the outcome! Our decks look brand new, our roof was cleaned of moss and debris, our gutters are clean and protected. I spoke with Amanda to schedule and she was very friendly and kind. I had also meant to clear everything off the decks but had a family emergency. Eric and his team moved everything and put it back perfectly when they finished. I would highly recommend Gutter Patrol. read more

Very nice service. Our windows are sparkling inside and out. He got the outside much cleaner than we have been able to.

I've used Gutter Patrol twice now. They are always on time and professional. If they run into an issue, they speak to me immediately to let me know. I hadn't cleaned my gutters in a couple of years, so there were weeds growing in them. Yikes! Gutter Patrol took this in stride and did an excellent job. read more

Eric and his crew removed our old, rusting, leaking, inadequate gutters and installed new, seamless ones. These folks were great. They were responsive to my initial request, timely in their service, and their work was thorough and complete (top notch!). Our solar panels had not been cleaned in several years, and they are shiny new again (they removed some lichen that had build up). Additionally, they blew the leaves off the roof and cleaned the skylights inside and out. Considering the service they provided, I consider it an excellent value too! Can't recommend them more highly! read more

We first contacted GutterPatrol back in late 2020. Eric came out and gave us several options for our house. He explained the different types of gutter that were available, the price ranges, and his recommendations. He was also good at guiding us regarding which sections he could repair, and which sections he recommended replacing. He did the work on schedule and on budget and it was a pleasure to deal with both Eric, and Amanda in their office. The finished job looked great, and worked well. I'm embarrassed that I didn't leave a review here at that time. Why I'm writing the review now: A month or so ago I noticed that one of the new sections of downspout had separated and was out of alignment. I took a photo and emailed it to Amanda and asked for a quote to come out and repair it. Even though the work was done more than a year prior, and I wasn't expecting any warranty, she said it would be no charge, and no problem. Eric came out yesterday and re-secured the downspout even better than it was before. I am happy to recommend GutterPatrol as a great local business. Good people, good prices, and excellent work. read more

Found GutterPatrol through a suggestion on NextDoor. We've used them twice (got on the yearly scheduled plan). We had just moved in during the first time, and they found holes in our gutters (you could totally see through it - pointless old gutters), and scheduled us in to fix those quickly. There's no way we could clean our gutters out ourselves, so this is a very helpful service (especially with the trees all around us). I recommend GutterPatrol. They do updates via email and text. Very communicative. You can pay credit card, debit. read more

Absolutely amazing service from Gutter Patrol. Both times I have used them I have been away from the home. I come back and the roof and gutters are immaculate and the surrounding garden is exactly like I left it or even better. Amanda was great to speak with and she was very clear about how the work would be done and what to expect for pricing. It ended up being even less than quoted. They worked with me to do a little bit extra moss cleaning in the roof and it looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others read more

We had a separation of about six inches on our rear upper gutter for approximately twenty five feet on our second floor. I tried several gutter companies who thought the job was too small or they would only work on damage to the first floor or would give me an appointment for a week or so out. Then I called Gutter Patrol. From the receptionist to the serviceman who came out after his job for the day to check the damage. They were professional, thoughtful and kind. Eric knew just what to do and reattached the gutter. We did have obstacles like the solar panels that were right over the damage but he did it. I would recommend and will be using Gutter Patrol for work that they do. What a great experience and now when it rains or is windy we feel secure that everything is in tact. read more
