We got a 2026 model Hotspring Jetsetter LX. Best hot tub I have ever been in, super quiet, powerful jets. We use it a few times a week. I was a bit concerned about the power needs of keeping it hot but the insulation is amazing and the heater only comes on for a few minutes every 4 or 5 hours (see the graph from my Tesla power management app). The top is very light but keeps in heat and also the water. Only had to add a bit of water after 3 months! Recommend this equipment and this vendor. I can't comment yet on their warranty service as the product has been flawless.

One two person team with apparently a lot of experience was stumped due to the close measurements. The second one was way over priced. Jesse Duran did this job with both extreme professionalism, and a "can do" attitude of someone who is truly an expert and has seen all kinds of challenges. Jesse is a super kind, informative, educational, and a great guy-an absolute magician with this installation. We had a space that used to have a pellet stove with a smaller exhaust pipe. We weren't even sure if we could make the new pipe go straight up instead of out and then up, but Jesse did it and saved us on the materials. Also a shout out to Chase at Woodstove and sun who guided us through learning the different heating possibilities- answering all of our questions easily with a lot of patience.

When we scheduled the appointment, we were quoted a $95 service fee for a technician to come out and diagnose the issue. The technician was at our home for less than 15 minutes, told us the control unit needed to be replaced (which was already diagnosed by our electrician), and then left. Shortly after, we received a bill for $295 along with a quote of approximately $2K to replace the unit. Since our fireplace is practically brand new, we contacted the manufacturer directly and learned that the control unit was actually still under warranty. The manufacturer immediately agreed to send us the replacement part free of charge. It is important to note that the technician never suggested checking the warranty status, even after we mentioned that the fireplace was new. Once we received the replacement unit from the manufacturer, we contacted the company again to ask if they could simply install the warranty-covered part (for a fee, of course). They refused to do the work. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would strongly recommend using another company.

He was also sure to take care of all the details, including removing existing speakers and lights that would no longer fit and properly patching up holes.
