The drainage slope of the pad was important to me due to potential flooding issues and past history of this area of the property, so I had specific instructions and desires about how I wanted the water to run off half the pad in a certain direction and the other half of the pad in a somewhat more complicated manner so it would end up in my driveway drain. This water management would avoid potential flooding of the garage. The torrential rains have arrived, and the performance of the runoff is absolutely perfect and channeling off exactly as intended. So a few days later, I called him, and he again said he was sorry, that he was really busy and he'd send it that night. Again, no estimate. Finally, a few days ago, I called him again. I said hey I'd really like to work with you, but I still don't have an estimate and I'm going to have to go with someone else if I don't hear from you. He again, assured me I'd have it THAT night. Shocker- no estimate. I checked my spam email also. So, sorry Joe, you lost my business, and future business, as I had some larger jobs I was considering at a later date.
