The windows had a lot of paint blow over but his team scrapped it off carefully leaving our windows cleaner than they have ever been. They were done so quickly and did a great job. Worth every penny! We have been using Joe's Window Cleaning service for many years. However, I decided today to express my thanks to Joe and his wonderful team. I had an appointment with Joe's to have my windows and gutters cleaned today at 11:30am. However, due to a problem with my hearing aid I did not hear the team arrive at my home. Both the team and Joe tried to contact me by telephone, again I was unable to hear the ring. I discovered my problem and finally heard and answered my phone. Joe quickly rescheduled me for today. I was so pleased and happy. The team arrived and completed the work on my home, meeting my wife's very high standards. All our windows are sparkling and we now have a much better view of the outdoors. I did check some of the gutters and was so happy about the service they received. I have a single-story home with 10 nine-foot windows in the front room, plus three sliding glass doors and several casement windows. When Joe came out to give an estimate, he made clear that the windows would be cleaned, and that the frames and sills would be wiped off, too. Joe was pleasant and responsive, and his price seemed more than fair for both interior and exterior cleaning (he had previously quoted me an estimate via e-mail, but actually gave a lower number when he came and saw it in person--very honest as I would have paid the original bid). Three men were on the crew that Joe sent. They got the windows sparkling clean in only an hour, but it was the attention to detail that really makes them 5-star. They dusted all of the screens, took the time to wash some small windows in my front door, and they put booties on over their shoes to protect my hardwood floor when they were inside. It was clear that Joe ensures his crews respect people's homes, and do a thorough job.I will definitely call Joe's Window Cleaning to take care of my windows in the future. Side note...I had previously used another local window cleaning company and was less than pleased. I had to run around wiping up puddles of dirty water on all of the sills, and the window frames were left dirty (i.e., the glass was clean, but the frame was still dirty). Joe cleaned my gutters at two houses. Great job, no mess, and he tests the water flow into your drains. I should have used him for all the windows as well, as the house cleaners did a bad job. He has cleaned the windows/gutters in my Mom's house and my sister's house before and it was a perfect job. Hired these guys to clean my windows. They did a terrible job, joes wife (secretary) is a super rude lady. They came in my house got dirt all over the carpet, and made my 15 year old daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. Joe is super creepy and very dishonest. Avoid this company at all cost!!! We moved into a house with lots of windows and sliding glass doors that required a lot of fixing and updating. Before we moved into house, we noticed all the double paned windows were smudgy and had a film of dirt or grime on them. After some construction, the windows only got worse. We attempted to clean some of them with Windex, white vinegar and a number of different solutions we found. They looked better but definitely not great, so we decided to bring in Joe's team to clean all the windows, inside and out. He was extremely responsive to our inquiry (within minutes!) and set up a time to come out. As the day approached and rain was in the forecast, he followed up to see whether we wanted to reschedule for a dry day, which we did. Bottom line, we were BLOWN away! The windows look spectacular! They sparkle and it truly appears as though there is no glass in any of the windows and doors. People who have visited since the cleaning have remarked about the windows without prompting. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the windows and sliding glass doors, but they climbed on the roof to clean the skylights, and cleaned a skylight in a structure we have outside. The cost was extremely reasonable. They are reliable, efficient, and thorough. Their level of quality is unparalleled. We have since decided to enter into a service agreement for quarterly window cleaning. Joe is very flexible and a delight to deal with. His crew arrived a couple minutes before their appointment and knocked the exterior windows out in just over an hour. Dramatic difference having spotless windows again, but one pair in the kitchen didn't look clean. I cleaned the inside, then called Joe thinking they'd missed them.
