Our cedar is quite old, with mildew, and we were not sure how well it would respond, but it held up beautifully and the difference is dramatic. Even in the photos we took right after the wash, while everything is still wet, you can see how much life came back into the wood. Nick was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and the level of detail and care in the work really stood out. They took the time to do things properly and the house looks refreshed without any damage to the cedar. They also cleaned our skylights which was a great part of the package we chose. He just now texted offering me his services so I decided to give him honest review. I made appointment with him in advance, and he never show up. I live in Greenfield, I texted him at 8 am to tell him it doesn't rain. He replied 5 hours later, and blamed weather in Salinas, he also told me he can't come soon because he has huge job for a week some place else. I think he overbooked himself, and cancelled on me because he had better client. Otherwise he would reply to my morning message, but he was busy for 5 hr.
