They knew exactly how to take care of the cedar shingles that cover the sides of my 2 story house - just enough pressure to thoroughly clean with absolutely no damage. After they finished they cleaned up the deck, driveway and sidewalk - there was nothing to detract from the sparkling clean house. Neighbors have commented on how good it looks. They were doing work in our neighborhood and rang the bell. I have been looking at companies to come and clean our many windows and solar panels so I figured why not! We have an old (1905 ish) two story home and there are windows that are very hard to get to. They have a ionizer for the water and the price was great, and they started as soon as they finished the work down the street. The two young men who did the work were so pleasant and attentive to my needs, even rewashing an old 1920's window that was particularly dirty. It took them about 3+ hours and that included our solar panels! So these guys worked hard cleaning glass doors, windows, screens and solar panels. He told me the price and I asked him when he could do the job he told that he was finishing a home in the area the very next day and could start then. What a job he did AMAZING!!! This is the second time I've had Prime Shine do window washing. Since Theron did such a good job the last time, I asked him to not only wash the windows (inside and outside) but to also soft wash the exterior of the house and pressure clean the patio. Angel came to do the work. I was impressed by his hard work, consideration about any concerns and thoroughness. My house and the patio are now dirt/grime/pollen-free and look great. Theron and his crew were in Discovery Bay for the week and he gave me a quote for my windows and glass panels on my dock. Several of my windows are difficult to get to on the roof, but they went right to work. They showed up on time and worked so hard.
