Jason responded quickly to my request for a quote via Yelp. He walked the property (in his mask) explained his unique filtered water cleaning system for the exterior and broke my quote down for outside only or both outside and inside. We had three quotes and Jason's was very competitive, and the only one that included the screens! They need doing too. We set a date, he arrived on time and was 'excited to tackle the French windows' and believe me there's a lot of them! He wore a mask on the inside, and tackled every pane by hand. He laid down protective waterproof sheets over carpet and hardwood flooring and had a towel at the door to wipe his feet. Outside he used is unique system which meant there was no need to Squeege each pane and they are absolutely spotless. He even suggested that should there be a window we are not happy with, please call and he will swing by to redo. We will definitely be using Jason for all future window cleaning projects in Carmel. Jason and his co-workers came to my house in Carmel Valley Ranch two days in August 2020. First day they washed all the inside of the windows. Second day they power washed my house roof, garage roof and their gutters, washed all my skylights and windows on outside of house. My highest window is about 28 feet from the ground. My windows are so clean it looks they have contain no glass. Very courteous, friendly, arrived on time, picked everything when they departed. My house looks brand new. Very reasonable pricing. He's super diligent about making sure the job is done well and that all our questions / concerns have been addressed, and he's always gracious about following up (i.e. seeing how gutters are doing after a big storm.) Windows (& sills, & surroundings) looked awesome afterwards, and I'm always amazed there's no mess after he cleans the gutters. He's been especially helpful diagnosing some downspout issues, including one that he basically had to dig out of an overgrown area of the yard. Awesome job on the house for a great price! Above and beyond customer service, prices that beat all competitors and timely responses. We have beaucoup windows and a sunroom, everything glass glistens like it's brand new. Stop scrolling and searching , this is the company you need. Jason was amazing. He was very professional and quick to respond to phone calls and text message. We had all of our windows (inside and out) and screens cleaned. We also had front of our house power washed. And let me tell you, it looks like a brand new house. Jason was friendly, talkative, and quick.
