He just now texted offering me his services so I decided to give him honest review. I made appointment with him in advance, and he never show up. I live in Greenfield, I texted him at 8 am to tell him it doesn't rain. He replied 5 hours later, and blamed weather in Salinas, he also told me he can't come soon because he has huge job for a week some place else. I think he overbooked himself, and cancelled on me because he had better client. Otherwise he would reply to my morning message, but he was busy for 5 hr. Update: "Fraud Alert"…read more "Must Read" The first review, I gave Todd the owner PPW a high recommendation because he provided me with pictures of certain areas of my roof that he said were clean. I trusted Todd that he completed the job as per our agreement. He also reassured me that the gutters had been clean. About a month later, I contacted a Christmas light company and scheduled an appointment with them to have lights put on the roof gutters. Upon their arriving, I mentioned to the owner that I had just gotten the roof cleaned. A short time after that, the owner contacted me and provided me with some pictures of a dirty roof and about 2 inches of dirt inside the gutters. I was told that the roof was slippery and there was mold growing on it. How disappointing was it to find out that Todd had lied to me about his work and the fact that he took advantage of my generosity. I will let the photographs speak for themselves. It was unbelievable how much dirt was taken off from the roof and the gutters during the second cleaning. I contacted Todd, who did not apologize or take responsibility for misleading me, but rather he wanted to trade his services for the requested refund amount. I do not trust Todd anymore therefore I requested a refund. Unfortunately, Todd refused to refund my money. I'm providing this honest updated review in hopes that it might help a customer decide whether to hire Peninsula Pressure Wash or not. I will be placing my review, if possible, on Peninsula Pressure Wash Facebook page, their Instagram and submitting a complaint with a Better Business Bureau.
