Kind of a confusing experience by everything worked out. I contacted them about doing gutters at my mom's house but the employee that came out was told to also do windows, which confused the situation. A few months ago I hired them to clean my windows without asking the price, I've used them for years and it was always reasonable. This time I didn't ask and did not even do a great job and when it came time to collect his money he told me it was $1300.00. After gasping for air and asking if he was joking he says ( ok $1,000.00). I was so upset and will never use them nor recommend them to anyone. Absolutely FANTASTIC work done by Pablo and one other gentleman that I neglected to get his name. We recently purchased a home in Carmel and wanted to get the house and windows cleaned before moving our furniture. I contacted Don (the owner) and he stopped by the house as I was out of state and gave me a fair quote. Pablo arrived early in the morning working 5 hours straight by himself as his other co-worker was busy on another assignment. Mind you I have TONS of windows in this home which included skylights. Pablo worked so hard by himself and his work ethic and results were excellent. I came back home from an errand and saw the windows sparkling from the outside with the sun shining against the windows showing Pablo's exquisite work. His co-worker eventually arrived helping Pablo (I'm sorry I didn't get his name). HIs work ethic was great too, their teamwork was like playing a duet together, they worked in tandem (one on the outside and one on the inside) both doing great work. Both worked so hard that it started to get dark (daylight hrs ends at 5pm) but they got it done just in the nick of time. I *highly* recommend Better View Window Cleaners. Pablo told me that he's been working for Don for 15 years. I can see why Don has Pablo as an employee and visa versa, Pablo enjoys Don as a boss. Both have great professional personalities. There was an initial delay in getting back to me after I requested a quote on line but I think this may be an issue with Yelp! and not necessarily Better View. Therefore, CALL DIRECT and don't rely on the web. When I called directly, I promptly got a call back and got an appointment a couple of days later. We've employed Don and his crew, Jorge and Pablo for 3 years to clean both our office and home windows. They're absolutely GR8 ! Whether they're skylights, multi-paned windows, three story windows, hard-to-reach windows, with or without screens (they pull them and clean those too), all done with meticulous attention to all the surrounding details. When I called for gutter service he said he could fit us in first thing in the morning but then called back to say that a storm was coming so he was gonna send someone that afternoon. The guy came and did a beautiful thorough job. He got a hard clog cleared up and it was affordable.
