I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. Initially, I had planned to drop off my vehicle on Tuesday but confirmed that Thursday would be the day for him to review it, when I notified him that the noise I thought was from the axles actually turned out to be from the U-joints. He stated that the review day was actually Thursday, not Tuesday. I told him that I'd call him back to confirm Tuesday or Thursday drop off, but clearly stated for sure on Thursday and that I would pay for his time. (I figured $1,000 to $1,500) to check out the vehicle. When I showed up on Wednesday, just to touch base about the Thursday drop-off, the owner immediately told me that he dropped me from his schedule, because I did not call to confirm. He expressed his personal opinion and became insulting and unprofessional. He accused me personally of being the reason his prices are going up, the reason he's "appointment only," and even the reason he doesn't answer his phone. He went so far as to say he didn't want to do business with me -- all because I supposedly didn't "call to confirm" Thursday, even though Thursday was already confirmed at the time of the U-joint/axle notification telephone call. Instead of acting professionally, for example "hey, you didn't call and I had to drop you from the schedule. I'd rather not do business if I can't trust you'll make the schedule, it wastes my time and I lose money" but he resorted to personal insults. His behavior was unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I came here expecting honesty and mechanical expertise, not to have my integrity and personal character to be attacked. I just took the insults and kinda grinned in disbelief. If you value respectful treatment and professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. He knows who's writing this. I hope he takes this as an opportunity to grow rather and not resort to immediate insults to another man. An

I went to use it in July of 26 and the brakes weren't working very good, after some inspection, I found grease in all the drums, all 4 wheel seals had failed. I contacted Karsten the owner of Trailering U to let him know what I found. He said bring it down and he would see what's going on. The trailer was several months out of warranty, but Karsten really went to bat for me and got the manufacturer of the axles to cover everything, nothing out of pocket.
