They do also offer delivery but it was really expensive. I think it was $300 and you had to be within a 60 mile radius. You're better off renting a truck or asking someone with a truck to help you if you're not that far.

But skipped the final step of calking my sink back in. Even tho it was clearly on the checklist of things they were supposed to do. So I had to go out and buy some and do it myself after they left at like 7pm. That sucked. But my biggest complaint was that the communication from the office staff and my so called project manager (Chianne) was terrible! One part was my fault. I got an email about the measurement scheduling, but I didn't actually open it because it looks like spam. It doesn't say the company name or a subject. Just the name of the project manager. So if you don't know that persons name, it looks like spam. But I owned that. After that mix up I was told I would be scheduled for Friday of that week but I would get a call on Thursday to give me a 2 hour window. I never got a call. A driver called me on Friday saying he was on his way. But I wasn't prepared for that and had to turn him away. So I call and talked to a different person about how I never got a phone call with a time. This person said my project manager told her that she called me and I didn't answer. THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE. Your business model literally says honesty in it and you have managers lying about your customers. When I told this new manager she never called me she literally said, I knew I shouldn't have trusted her! So that's crazy! Finally got scheduled for Monday now. At 8 am on my day off. The measurement guy comes. He does his thing and he also tells me that the manager lied about calling me! Finally at the end tells me I'll hear something about an install date by Friday or at the latest in a week on Monday. By Wednesday I still heard nothing! So I called AGAIN! They said materials were in but they would call me tomorrow for scheduling. They didn't! Surprise! Finally got a date scheduled and held my breath that they would actually show up. They did. And I'm so glad, because now I can be done with this company forever! If I could have gotten out of this a month ago, I would have. But when you order with Home Depot you're stuck. Home Depot told me when I ordered that I was looking at a 3 week install. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS! Also I Called out Chianne on lying about me and not doing her job and there was no apology. Asked to be transferred to her boss. Left him a message. He never called me back, SURPRISE! So no accountability on their part at all. Awful. Just awful experience. Do not use these people!

I have been telling them that the cabinets are the wrong color. I was originally told to put up curtains and they'll look darker! No, I ordered black cabinets, not brown. The replacement door showed up in June in the correct black color. Doesn't look good when the rest of the cabinets are brown! Now they are telling us that they are going out of business!

I had Easy Bath LLC redo / update a shower stall in the master…read morebathroom. - The existing masterbath is real marble with all Kohler Devonshire polished brass fixtures, with: - Dual facing marble counters separated by center of room wall with all matching Kohler Devonshire polished brass sink, Jacuzzi tub and shower stall hardware. - Twin his & her matching walk-in closets - Separate standalone toilet room with sliding door - Free standing bidet Several issues. We only updated the shower stall. The previous shower stall had Kohler Devonshire polished brass fixtures. Easy Bath was to replace the shower stall walls (with new acrylic) & new floor base, brass shower trim on shower stall and plumbing. I made sure that they knew the existing shower drain was leaking down into the basement / and down into the basement - furnace room. Mike "assured me" he understood what I was saying and this would be corrected. I am pretty certain that they didn't bother to go down in the basement to see what I was talking about. The first issue was that the job description stated that the frame on the new shower stall + door was to be brass / gold color. When I came in later the day of the install they had installed a shower stall / door with chrome trim. They tried to argue that it was "gold color" - but it was not. I made them remove the shower stall and replace with the correct trim we had agreed ... brass / gold color finish ... match the Kohler Devonshire plumbing hardware I specified the model of Kohler shower hardware (handle + shower spray) and they did install correct Kohler items with polished brass finish. At the end of the job I pointed out that trim around the shower close to the shower door needed to be adjusted / painted due to damage. This was never completely corrected ... issue was that a towel rack next to the shower stall should have been removed and the wall around that area should have been painted. I had to have a handyman come in and fix it. In all I had to have them come back four times (including the initial install) in order to complete the job. Now I am seeing that the caulk along the shower base and the acrylic wall is failing / faulty in at least one place leaving a gap that water can drop into. I will have to have a handyman come in and recaulk this.

Workers did not show so I sent a text to the owner inquiring about the time. I never received a response from him. They eventually showed up at 12:30pm. They tore out the tub and shower (about 25 minutes) and left for the day. July 8 - Friday's start time was 9am, they showed up at 10:30am and worked 2 hours. They took a 1-hour lunch and worked 1 hour when they returned. I was told they couldn't finish and would have to return Monday because his son had a baseball game on Saturday! I did not receive a call from the owner or his son about this situation. July 9 and 10 - No work, Full household with one shower July 11 - Arrived Monday at 915am. At 11am I am told parts are missing and would have to come back Tuesday. July 12 - I had to leave work Tuesday to get this completed. When they so called finished up, my wife checked, and they had forgot to finish the grab bars! My new bathroom wall opposite the shower is full of marks and smudges! My wife had to call them back inside the bathroom! I sent a text to Mike Grafton on July 11. He finally responded with the same COVID excuse that appears in other reviews submitted weeks ago. He didn't know what was going on?? I told him I expected to be compensated for missed work and inconvenience to my family. He stated of course compensation would occur and he would call us back. We have not heard from Mike or his son. Beware of this shady company.

Do not use this contractor. Mike will be very responsive in pre-sales and then disappear when it…read morecomes to delivery of services. It took two months after signing the contract to receive four of the five countertops. They have been non-responsive as to if we will ever receive our fifth countertop. In addition, Mike outsourced the installation of our countertops (rlGranite and Tile). They caused extensive damages our plumbing to the tune of $2850 ($2700 for ecoSystems to install a new garbage disposal and fix the broken plumbing under the sink and $150 to Culligan to repair the RO line that was damaged). Unfortunately it gets worse, will now have had to contract with a more reputable contractor for $800 to obtain the fifth countertop. We attempted to contact Mike for five days prior contracting for the plumbing services (this was supposed to be handled my Mike) and another three weeks prior to contracting for the fifth countertop and again Mike never responded for calls, texts, or emails. We have submitted a claim to BBB again Mike has chosen to not to respond and our next step is to file Small Claims case against this non-responsive and apparently fraudulent contractor for $3,650. All we wanted was for the job to be done in a timely and professional manner. Mike is not able to do that.
