I thought this was a beautiful restaurant with delicious food! The pizzas were really good with thin crust and a lot of variety of toppings. We also had a salad which was easy to share. The service was excellent!

My husband and I recently moved from New Jersey to Georgia and have been exploring the local wine scene. Wolf Mountain Winery stood out from the start--and we've already been twice! Our first visit was for lunch with reservations. The service was friendly and efficient, the wine was solid, and the food? Way better than expected. Their thin-crust pizza and cheese/meat boards were perfect for sharing and paired beautifully with the wine flights. The second time, we came for their Friday evening "Sunset Sippers" event, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Cooler temps, lush mountain views, and that soft evening light made it feel like a mini escape. It's the kind of place where you can just sit back, sip, and soak it all in. Wolf Mountain has a laid-back elegance that makes you want to linger--and come back again. If you're exploring Georgia wine country, this spot should be high on your list.

Such a beautiful property. Staff is very friendly. Loved sitting outside while enjoying the tasting. The pizza is amazing. You need to try it. Would love to come back.

This was our favorite stop. We got pizza here and man was it good! It looks like they have many other options and host special events with buffets as well but, the tasting was nice in that they don't expect you to sit or stand with them the whole time. They give you a card and you come and go as you walk around and sip your tasting. The levels on this hill are fun and the outdoor spaces are a nice hang. I do wish all the tastings came with a commemorative glass. We only got one with mine. :) but his didn't get one.

The hubby and I decided to take a day trip to Wolf Mountain Vineyards to have our "first ever" wine tasting experience. It was so much fun. We live in OTP Atlanta, so getting to drive to Dahlonega and get some Mountain View's is always a nice time! The entire location was gorgeous and purely picturesque. From entry, to the vineyard, to the tasting room and views - it was worth it for the drive alone. The staff was so friendly and ready to help us understand each wine we decided to try. They offer a wine club option for those that want bottles on the regular, and are also dog friendly. The grounds are gorgeous and offer a walking path where you can see parts of the vineyard and wedding venue area. For wine tastings they offer three options: a reserve mix, a sparkling, and a WMV only reserve. Each have a set wine list and are various prices. Additionally, the outside bar offers a small food area that sells flatbreads, and small bites. My husband and I tried their dip trip which came with pita chips. The three dips included a spinach dip, pimento cheese dip, and a shredded salmon dip. All were amazing in their own way.

We read mixed reviews and were skeptical so we were going to eat before coming. We were pleasantly surprised by the large portions as my husband is a big eater. Our server was over the top amazing, Searg, recommended the pizza for my husband. I thought the salmon would be a baby salmon, but in all actuality, it was a healthy juicy delicious not overcooked portion on a beautiful salad. The views were amazing. They even honored our reservation after we were a few minutes late. They accommodated us and talked to the chef so we were served. We will definitely visit this place again. Keep in mind we did not go during a peak time because we are not lovers of crowds. We went for my birthday MLK weekend. We watched His & Hers on Netflix while visiting the town of Delilah go where it was filmed don't forget to stop at one of the waterfalls for a nice hike too.

GREAT! Everything is great. Food/wine: awesome Service: friendly and warm Ambience: rustic and classy The answer is "yes." GO HERE! I came for a tasting on a Friday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. The server in the tasting room was very knowledgeable and recommended some delicious flights. I had the red flight for about $50 and my lover had the mixed estate flight for $30. We went on to have lunch there and you're allowed to bring your wine glass from the tasting room below up to the dining room. I had the duck burger and devoured all of it. It was bursting with flavor. I went on my birthday and my kind waitress gave me a complimentary blood orange mimosa and birthday dessert. The entire staff is so welcoming and inviting. This place is just as amazing as the delicious wine they serve. Definitely the best wine in Dahlonega.

This is one of my new favorite places on earth! I was visiting the area and randomly selected this winery out of all of them in the area. My partner and I showed up and were slightly confused where to go, but walked up to the top deck and were pleasantly greeted by a very enthusiastic young man. We tasted all the wines and had some of the best pizza I've ever had. This is one of my new favorite spots, as I've never tasted better wine and food along with fantastic service!

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon at Wolf Mtn Vineyards for our anniversary. The specials were amazing!!! We got the French dip and Harvest (pizza) pie. The venue was beautiful, set up for Christmas and amazing views of the north Ga Mtns. The server brought out a surprise dessert platter. The service was knowledgeable and personable. Be aware of the steep roads and we looped around to parking.

My friends and I drove up to Wolf Mountain Vineyards one Saturday for lunch and a wine tasting. Wolf Mountain Vineyards is my favorite winery in North GA. I have been here several times and it just keeps getting better and better every time I come here for a wine tasting or for lunch. My friends know the owners and the staff very well because they are wine club members for many years and they have brought the winery a lot of business over the years. We were able to get a great table by the window overlooking the North GA mountains. The wine tasting room is gorgeous and has a wonderful bar area where you can stand around the bar to do the wine tasting or sit out on the outside deck to do the wine tasting. Wolf Mountain Vineyards is known for their award winning sparking wines, especially their Brut Rose Champagne and their Brut Reserve Champagne. The service is above and beyond expectations. We have always had exceptional first class service from the staff in the wine tasting room and in the restaurant. Our server for lunch, Austin, was very professional and fantastic. He took very good care of us in the restaurant and did not miss a beat on anything. The food is excellent and very high quality. I ordered the Flying Dutchman flatbread pizza which was roasted chicken, Maplewood bacon, smoked Gouda cheese, and some onion. It was fantastic and incredible. My friend had the beef brisket sandwich and fries which he enjoyed very much. My friend also had a birthday coming up so Austin was kind enough to arrange a complimentary birthday dessert which consisted of cheesecake, chocolate covered strawberries, and carrot cake with some chocolate sauce. It was delicious!! We had a bottle of 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve, which was the best Cabernet Sauvignon I have had in a long time. I have never had a wonderful lunch experience quite like Wolf Mountain Vineyards, and I cannot recommend this winery highly enough to my friends. You get your money's worth on the wine and lunch you pay at this winery. It is the best winery In North GA to date!! If you live in GA, you have to come up to Wolf Mountain Vineyards for a wine tasting or lunch. You will leave fulfilled and happy for sure!

Location had incredible views, portions were large for the flatbread the Flying Dutchman and the one with all the meat my husband enjoyed. The Pom cosmo was flavorful. Chris was a great waiter, very informative & accommodating. Key lime pie was more cheesecake than tart but flavor was refreshing. Be prepared for the stair or driveway climb up lol it's high up

We really enjoyed this winery! It's about an hour and 15 minutes from Atlanta, not too bad, and you have wonderful scenery as you head up the mountain. There are three tastings options that go at your own pace with a card to keep track. Tastings range from $30-50 per, which felt a little expensive. The sparkling tasting is 4 wines ($30), all of them solid; our faves were the brut rose (refreshing, crisp) and the blanc de blanc (acidic, fresh). The wine makers selection tasting is 5 wines ($30), with several standouts, mixture of white and reds, non-sparkling. LOVED the claret (bold red, predominantly cab sav, strong dark cherry/currant flavor), enjoyed the howling red (Syrah, cab sauv blend, smooth red) and the chanteloup (easy drinking white wine, a little tart which I liked!). The tastings are on the main/lower floor with a large inside bar, and a smaller outside bar from which you can buy glasses/bottles or snacks. We shared an app during the tasting that was so yummy - the burrata and prosciutto app with a drizzle of balsamic and served with yummy seasoned fried crunchy crackers! So good. We ended up getting a bottle of the brut rose and the claret. They had a buffet brunch on the Sunday we went, which was pretty solid, in the cafe upstairs. Standouts - tomato bisque (super flavorful, not too thick), eggs Benedict served over a grit cake (amazing), fried chicken (flavorful, moist), and French toast casserole. It was fairly busy but we still had ample room to chill and enjoy our tasting. Would go again

Wonderful wine, the view was beautiful ,nice high tops on the patio would have made the view more enjoyable instead of low tables and the railing obscuring your view! We visited several different wineries Wolf Mountain was our favorite, our wine specialist was superb at her job! Definitely on our list for a re turn visit in the future,we also enjoyed a delicious pizza !

I had my crew up from Chattanooga in town, and we couldn't have picked a better spot to celebrate. We kicked things off at the main restaurant for brunch, and honestly, the vibes there never miss. I wanted to keep it a bit lighter since I knew we'd be exploring, so I went with a crisp glass of wine, some fresh focaccia, and the Thai Butternut Squash Soup. That soup was incredible. It was perfectly creamy with just the right kick. Everything hit the table so fast, and the service was on point. My friend even surprised me with a lemon drop cupcake, which was the sweetest touch to a chill afternoon on the patio. After we ate, we headed out for a tour and I was honestly shook by how massive this property is. I've been here before, but I had no idea the trails went back that far. The views are unreal and made for the perfect post-brunch stroll. By the time we finished the trail, we'd worked up a second appetite, so we finally hit up Trattoria di Montaluce. I usually skip it because the brunch normally leaves me stuffed, but I'm so glad we went for it this time. That wood-fired Margherita pizza was easily the best I've had in a minute. There's just something about that wood-fired crust that hits differently! This has seriously been the best birthday month ever, and everyone coming into town to celebrate has made it so special. Of course, I couldn't leave without hitting the gift shop for that coconut scrub. If you know, you know. This stuff makes your hands feel like velvet. It's a total staple. Tyler uses fruit from Georgia, as well as California, Washington, Texas, and more. He offers a wide variety of whites, reds, and dessert wines, including a couple varietals not commonly known to the everyday wine drinker. There are also wine cocktails and mocktails, should you desire something a little different. It's not super easy to find! Dahlonega has lots of interesting twists and turns and back alley shops and some shops blended in so well with other places, that a random door opens up to more unique experiences. So, that's how we found this place. We were waiting to get our names in for Bourbon Street Grille, and this random door behind us boasted wine tasting. I thought it was just a one room deal behind us. When you see the door and the shop, you'll fully understand. If you like wine, this is worth it and a MUCH better deal than the Wine Festival (which is what we came for). It's not a big place and technically only has about 8 seats at the bar for tasting. Thankfully, it seemed all the festival goers didn't know about this place (bc it's totally a Harry Potter hidden type of deal) so we got 4 seats. The kids roamed around the shop while we tried wine. The flights are $12/$16 based off the wines you want. They have white, red, blended and rose. Oh, check in on Yelp and receive one free taste of any wine (I used mine)!!! I did the Rose, Merlot, Vidal Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and the Petit Manseng. Loved the Merlot (had a spicy after taste) the most! Then the Pinot Grigio. The Petit Manseng is their strongest wine but was my least favorite. However, I tasted the Trillium from someone else's in our group and LOVED IT. We ended up buying a bottle of Mtn Harvest Red plus the Apfelwein (the lady described it so well and made us want to get a bottle). I can honestly say I had such a buzz from the flight that I stopped drinking when we went to go eat. The wine was really good and certainly hit, so be careful! Totally worth checking this place out, if you can find it!!!
