Almost immediately after reaching out, he was asking questions, requesting pictures, and really trying to get an idea of my space. He was kind, thoughtful, and extremely communicative. Unlike one company I dealt with, he was also open to giving me multiple options. There were no pushy sales tactics. He definitely isn't a salesman, he's an installer. Replacing your entire HVAC system is not cheap, and honestly, it is intimidating if you don't know a darn thing about SEER ratings and tonnage. I can research just about anything, so I really appreciated being given the information and having the opportunity to take it back and analyze it for myself and compare.
