6/2026 UPDATE: After writing my original review a couple of…read moreyears as the time service was excellent and timely, it has drastically gone way down. I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google. They canceled the appointment because it was drizzling outside. Jessica, who contacted me to cancel the appointment told me that someone would get in touch with me within 2-3 days. So, someone should have called to reschedule by May 5. This never happened!! On May 8, I reached out on their company website without any response. On May 9, 2022, I called and got transferred to their answering service. Again, there was no call back! I did the same outreach the next day and Wednesday May 11,2022. I had also written an email to the owner , Mike on May 10,2022. There were a total of 5 outreach attempts without a response, only leaving my cell number for them to call back. Finally, I was fed up with their lack of responsiveness to my calls and e-mails. When I left my third phone message today with their answering service, I told the receptionist that if I didn't get a call back today that I would be writing a negative review and I would be taking them to small claims court to get half of my contract money ( $543 ) returned to me. Only today did I finally get a call back from the owner Mike. He was nasty, when he should have been apologetic to me. He told me that he's dropping me as a customer. He said he was going to come to my home , which I took as an implied threat to me and my family. He also lied to me and told me that he contacted me 5 times. This is a blatant lie as I just spent the last few hours checking my phone records for my mobile phone and landline. He only called back after I threatened to take him to court for breach of contract, which seemed to be what he was doing by avoiding calling me back and providing the services that I paid for in my yearly contract. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this company to seek another alternative. He is a nasty owner and can not be trusted. It is virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone and they certainly don't value their customers. I told him that I would give home 3 days from today to return half of my contract money. I don't expect that he will do this. So, I will likely be seeing him court in the near future!! I'd like to give ZERO stars, but apparently I can't do it !!
